Lovely high end accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and have high end fixtures. Coffee at the bar downstairs was the perfect morning pick me up. Would absolutely stay again!

Had a local soccer tourn in Canton was forced to stay here due to the "play and stay" requirements. the tournament was cancelled 1 day in, and the hotel was very accommodating with refunding what we would have paid. Disappointed that there was no breakfast other than the sit-down restaurant. You pay a certain amount of money for room, $170, you expect certain amenities to be available. Parking was insane, but they did allow us to use the local post office's lot at no charge, so that was nice. better than dealing with the next-door parking garage that has nothing but bad reviews and overcharges.

Just went to a wedding reception downtown Canton. The service was impeccable! The food was delicious! Clean and beautiful venue. The decor was very up to date with great chandeliers! I hadn’t been there in years and I was very impressed. Great job!

This was our first time visiting Ohio for the weekend and we chose the Hilton based on their reputation however it didn't live up to our expectations. #1 the location appears to be in the center of the financial district so it's basically a ghost town. #2 the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice but their heating was on the fritz so the hallways and common areas including the restaurant were COLD. #3 the food was definitely not worth the expense. My husband had an upset stomach for hours after dinner and the breakfast was limited for $18 per person. #4 If it's 30 degrees outside the least I expect is the ability to take a hot shower. The water was warm after running it for over 10 mins and the pressure equivalent to a watering can. The staff were great but overall we'll pick a different location next time.

Positive: Great person Sunday morning. Negative: The room smelled like covered up smoke smell, only one staff at check in 5:30 pm on Friday night who had to handle calls, Checkin and showing people around; weird outlet in bathroom didn?t work so couldn?t use the hair dryer.

This was a really nice property! I arrived very early as I had an early flight in. As a Diamond member, I was grateful that they got me in right away, AND upgraded my room. I enjoyed my VERY spacious two-room suite. It was a handicap room, but considering the extra space I didn't mind at all, although the shower does get the bathroom floor quite wet. A longer shower curtain or just moving the rod down a couple inches would be nice. The room was pretty clean (although I did find a bottle cap between the couch cushions and a cuff link on the floor), as was the rest of the property. Only disappointment was that it's obvious they used to have a hot tub that at some point must have broken, and they decided to just board it up rather than fix it. Great location in the heart of downtown! Parking is extremely limited to just a few curbside spots. They are free, though, which was a welcome surprise. Other than that you'll have to park off-site, but if you're there during the middle of the week, you'll likely be able to get a free spot at the curb.

I scheduled a two-day executive meeting here for this week after the usual places close to our office were booked. I had not been to the property since it had been remodeled and there weren't many photos on the website to go by. By chance, I had lunch with friends at the 330 Grille last weekend, and the changes inside were striking. Absolutely Beautiful! And Spicy Bloody Mary FTW. There's an incredible private dining room off to the side of the 330 Grille; I dumbly asked is that the McKinley Board Room? If so, I would have looked so BOSS to my bosses. It wasn't, but I wandered over to the side with the meeting rooms, and it was just as beautifully done. I did not see inside the McKinley rm, but the rooms I could see were enough to know our team would be well-served. My boss said they had a fantastic experience; the room was perfect, everything functioned as needed, super attentive service and great lunches. Hats off to Sales Coordinator, Laurel Cartwright, and Doubletree event staff for doing a great job. Also, the price was very reasonable. Some quotes I got from other places were C-R-A-Z-Y!

The hotel is nice and clean great food at the bar. Best place to stay in the area. Town not much to see neighborhood looked unfriendly at nite but okay in day .
