My girlfriend and myself have been here for about three months Can’t be at the price rooms are clean and the people management and cleaning are very nice if you’re looking for somewhere cheap to stay that comes with everything you need. This is the place to go. Yes there is rules, but they are there for a reason. Don’t let People steer you clear of this place. It’s not bad at all.

I have been here for over a month with my boyfriend. This is where we’re staying while we’re looking for another place and yes, theres rules but it is A very nice motel the rules are there for a reason to keep out the nonsense that used to come here. The manager is super understanding and will definitely give you a chance and his daughter is absolutely amazing. She will do whatever she can to make her stay easier every day housekeeping comes and gives you toilet paper. Take your trash out and gives you new towels. They will vacuum before if needed scrub out your bathtub if needed they’re very nice and personable as well. You can’t beat the price and the rooms are nice. I’ve been here for five weeks and have not seen a single bug. You just have to keep your room clean and act like an adult and you’ll be perfectly fine. Can’t say enough good things about the motel. Definitely give it a chance if you need somewhere cheap to stay that’s clean and affordable.

these folks rock! in a time of $200 cheap, cookie-cutter rooms, this family run motel bust their humps to make you feel at home! been coming here for years from WV and I always stay here. it's clean, safe and under-priced. it's right in town so it's central to anything - even Cleveland isn't too far away!

I take everything back he is a rude old grumpy old man! 2 times I've tried to go and stay and he turned us away like my $$ ain't good enough. Outside sign said vacancy!! We been driving so far and all the stalls to every room empty and said both times no room! Anyways all the druggies and never hot water GOOD LUCK!!!!

I must say that I have been treated very well management is wonderful, I have been here for a couple of years and I don't have any trouble with anything or anyone the housekeepers are helpful, they are bug free, very clean. Would recommend if needing a place to stay.

I will never in my life go back here unless the building is demolished and rebuilt. This place is infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. They want $200 a week which is cheap but not worth the bugs! So if you do stay here check EVERYTHING before you leave to make sure you don't get those bugs!

This is a motel catering to people wanting the bare necessities. Cost depends on the size of the room, and no visitors are allowed without them checking at the front desk.
