NillThe staff here were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing ( if you love waffles you have to try the maple cinnamon ones those were great!), the pool was the great and super warm (they keep it at 85) for the kiddos. The suite we stayed in was amazing! Kids loved the pull out sofa, kitchen was fully equipped for essentials, and that we were surprised because most places don’t have that. Room was clean and tvs were great! You’re able to login into your own Netflix account or YouTube to watch whatever. WiFi was great as well. Room keys were tricky at first but of course if you have troubles just ask the front desk and they were quick to reset it! Definitely recommend staying here! Will be coming back next time we are in Ohio! Thank you to the staff our stay here as a family with small children we loved our stay!

NillWe stayed 2/19-2/28 and wish we would've left sooner. I could look past the dirty bathroom with hair from the previous guest in the tub and the toilet or the microwave caked with food residue. I could look past the cups that had lipstick stains, the torn curtains, and blood stained sheets and pillows. I could look past the broken side door, the trash all throughout the parking lot, and the fact this place is deplorable to say the least and in huge need of renovations there were various spots of mold in the hallways and smelled like mildew and cigarettes. The reason I chose to write this review was bc i was truly upset by the way we were treated as if we were second class citizens by the general manager Alise. Saturday we requested a room with 2 beds since we are here on an insurance stay and with 2 adults and a teenager 1 bed doesn't work and we're told to come back at 3pm and the room would be available. We ask at 3 about the the room and had all of our things packed just to be told they couldn't accommodate us. At this point it is what it is, but we check the website and it shows they had the availability for the 2 bedroom suite through 2/28. I contacted my insurance and they were able to find a hotel nearby and I would've let all this go and moved on, but for the week we stayed there after letting them know we would be checking out early the general manager would go out of her way to NOT say hi or good morning/evening and would actually scowl at us to point we didn't feel comfortable going down for breakfast and my son was scared to use the pool. Prior to letting her know we were leaving early she was super friendly with us. To go from that to purposely going out of her way to make us feel uncomfortable was very odd.On 2/26 at 3:28am they attempted to charge my card $20 which luckily I had froze the day before and when I asked they couldn't give us an answer why and the next day both key cards stopped working almost like it was some sort of retaliation? We will NOT be returning and I've also instructed others not to visit there via social media. It takes zero effort to be decent human being and if anyone should've been upset it should've been my family and I. I'm not sure why the general manager was so unkind. Alisa should be ashamed and forced to take a mental evaluation after how we were treated so poorly and by the way that hotel looked I wouldn't trust her to watch my goldfish let alone over a hotel -__-

NillThe location is great! However there were some major issues with this hotel. The building entrance on the wing we stayed on didn't operate with a key card and guests were directed to the main lobby. However, they left this door UNLOCKED to appease people. I did not feel save having that door unlocked from the street level while staying there. They seemed unconcerned when I brought it up at the front desk. The toilet seat was cracked through, there was hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet paper mounted to the wall looked like it was about to fall off. I will 100% not stay here again.

NillSo the people here make the place. They are amazing and treat you like family. Just the way you want to feel when you are away from your real home. Especially when it's long periods of time like I do. Everyone was smiling, polite and accommodating. The GM, Alisa, was awesome and it's easy to see that she leads by example and her employees have no problem following. The rooms are older, but very clean. They are getting ready to have a renovation, so that with the current staff will make this a top notch place to stay. It's close to a lot of stuff and easy to get to. I would (and will) stay there again and again when I am working anywhere close. Thanks Alisa, Carlos and all of the team for a great stay!!!

NillI will never stay here again. The people are great. However they have been holding two of my incidental deposits for going on 11 business days now. You can't tell me it's my banks problem either because magically Best Western can get my deposit back to me within 24 hours regardless of being a business day or not. I believe the franchise owners hold your deposits to make money off of the interest they produce. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong but this is not the 1st time my deposit has been held for a long time by a marriot franchise owner. It also occurred with me at Spring Hill Suites in North Canton. It's a shame because both places are clean, have great staff, and are well run. I just can't over look blatant theft. Give me back my money.

NillI stayed at the Marriott in Canton, Ohio, from 11/9 to 11/10, and it was a disappointing experience. This hotel is extremely dirty and in serious need of maintenance. I would highly recommend avoiding it. Some of my friends had mattresses stained with urine and mouse droppings. As for our room, it was equally unsanitary—there was hair from previous guests all over the bathroom, and the toilets and floors had visible urine stains. The carpet was stained in multiple places, and several cabinets were broken. The electrical outlets and USB ports didn’t work, and the stovetop was covered in old, stuck-on food. We also noticed black mold in various areas of the walls. To top it off, the A/C units were not functioning at all. This hotel is well past its prime and needs major attention.

NillRoom was so dirty. There was food in the fridge, stove was never cleaned, stains all over carpet, urine stain on pull out couch, mouse droppings in pull out and light blown in bathroom. This was nothing like any other Marriott I stayed in. Will never stay here again!
