Ramada by Wyndham Canton/Hall of Fame

The person at the desk was very kind and understanding. I had to leave for work before breakfast started so she let me get a breakfast sandwich from the refrigerator and heat it up in the microwave and she had coffee ready. Very nice. Outside of this person (who deserves to be working at a higher end hotel), this review is for the condition of the hotel. It smelled like weed throughout the hotel, the bed was uncomfortable, there was no chair to sit in, the room was frigid when I got inside, and it had an overall run down look to the floors.

I really like this hotel have stayed here quite a few times and the staff have always been pleasant the food for breakfast is yummy!!!! My only complaint is the last time I stayed the water pressure was a little low and there were a few black ants by the A/C but overall, I think this hotel is a good and comfy, affordable little place to stay. I look forward to being able to go to the pool in the summertime every visit it has been chilly but they did have the large pool heated for that so that was nice too!

This place is terrible! So gross! We were told we could check in early because of the swim event we were in. They added a charge once we got there or we couldn’t have the room! It was filthy and in need of major repairs. It’s so loud you may as well sleep with the door open. And they lied about the bed sizes. No way those are 2 queen beds. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The room’s were so dirty, moldy and the worst part was it had bugs. They did not clean the bedsheets, washrooms and the ac did not work me and my family had to switch rooms 4 times and could not get any sleep

The only minor complaint I have is that the Orange Juice & Apple Juice was water. The staff was friendly and quick to respond when I needed a coffee filter basket for my room. The Guest Service Rep at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Extremely happy to get this kind of stay for the cost. Will definitely return and recommend. Greatly appreciated!

Garbage tried telling us we had to pay for another room because we apparently got only one when we got two rooms online and refused a refund when we decided not to stay because they tried charging us for the second room we already paid for the pools were closed and the place was dirty I regret not checking the reviews first I can see why there was almost no one in the hotel

Worse experience of my life. Mold in bathrooms. Had to buy my own towels and rags and soap. Room was dirty. And the last day I stayed someone threatened to shoot up the hallway I was in. They didn’t do anything about anything. I asked for a refund 3 times and they told me call the police. Don’t book.

I often shop a hotel by name. "Wyndam" In hind site it has a 2 star ratting. Disappointed from the moment I stepped into the lobby. Signs up telling of expected costs if there is room damage. The office chair behind the counter was older than my grand mother, and looked like it. P.S. Grandma's no longer with us and that chair shouldn't be either. Staff was shabbily dressed. Then came the dirty elevator, beat up nasty hallways. Honestly the room was better than outside the room. However, toilet seat was broken, lense cover for the bathroom light was missing, bathroom fan didn't work. The vent cover in the bathroom is filthy. The bath towels were just stacked on the toilet, no wall rack or the signs of there ever having been one, Bathroom counter looked like it was made for little people(short). Lots of pics attached. The breakfast wasn't great, the fridge on the counter had hand bagged eggs in it and the fridge hadn't been defrosted, well since it was put in. Outside the hotel, pothole parking lot, no grass just rocks and TONS of weeds, trash, AND THE MOST DISSAPOINTING of ALL ! An empty flag pole out front. A nice 30' flag pole right out by the road, empty, no flag being flown. This is America ! Put up a flag. It advertises being close the NFL Hall of Fame, not even close, miles away.
