Knights Inn Canton

This is a 5 star bed in a 0 star room!! The bed was so comfortable. The room not so much !! First of all no fire alarm huge problem !! The reason we stayed was due to a house fire and looking for place to live!! Needed to save money and wanted to stay close to husbands work! Let me tell you if you read reviews take them seriously! This place needs shut down! It is a joke !! After staying a few days i felt less scared! i feel like it is customary to sing ur name on the wall which i won't be doing!! But hey i don't think they care lol actually just don't stay in canton canton is a awful place!!! Akron is even worse !! We are moving either to louisville or heartville they are decent areas!!

Positive: Nothing at all. This hotel should have been condemned. If I wasn't so exhausted I would have left when I seen a cockroache walk across my bed Negative: Chunks of ceiling missing. Woodwork missing wallpaper peeling off of the walls panel missing in front of the sink that exposed an area approximately 5 ft by 3 ft of nothing but dirt and drainage pipes. One word. Disgusting

i had stayed there my room was dirty and had a hole in the wall the phone didnt work i had to use my cell phone to contact the front desk the manager is a rude asshole and told me that i will never go there again the only person that was nice to me was the second shift lady that works on friday i will never stay there again and they need to find a new general manager because he is very rude and i would never speak to a costomer the way he spoke to me please what ever you do DONT GO TO KNIGHTS INN IN CANTON

Don't ever go to knights inn in Canton Ohio Barry the manger is rude, inconsiderate, they only allow service dogs. I showed Barry my emotional support animal papers about my cat. It says on my papers that she can stay there no fees for her it's says hotel and motels included as well. He refused to let me stay there. He even called the humane society on 62 had my cat taken from the hotel room I had to take 3 city buses to go get my cat back. He is the most rudest manner at a hotel. My disability person came to my hotel she looked in the wall where is your smoke detector she called the hotel office and ask him to put one in. The room next to me 104 had young teenagers in it banging on the walls all hours of the night several other rooms made complaints about the noise the sheriff was called the hotel is runned down I had to clean evy in the hotel 103 it was disgusting, under the bed had not been swept in years, filthy conditions. Purse under the nightstand black with chain, they had a fire a year ago a man shot his young son and killed him. The off is rude as well.The only thing that was good was some of the housekeepers. I was never rude towards this place ever in the entire time I was there even the morning housekeeping she worked alone she said to me you were the quietist person. Always said kind words God bless you everything. Never ever go to the knights in hotel in Canton never beware. Cheap prices for a cheap place. I am now at quality inn hotel the most friendlier staff you could ever have very clean everywhere, includes breakfast every morning, laundry, beautiful clean rooms. They are all so kind and they in anything you need to to quay inn when you come to Canton ice machine. ( Stay clear of knights inn). My cat at quality inn was welcomeed with no problems they excepted her papers. She is a very pretty kitty she is content. I am very happy in quality hotel.

If you have little money and stay where every hotel murder movie was filmed, this is the place, but got i to town at 1:30 in the morning. What can you expect the young lady in the office was great and very respectful! I would give her a shout-out, but I can't remember her name.

The front desk will not let me get a King room because I'm "on a weekly rate" however the room I'm currently in has Black Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the floor is days away from caving in, the microwave doesn't work (I cooked a pancake and sausage on a stick for 4 minutes and it was still frozen) and I don't have enough room for my stuff. My issue is, if all the room cost the same, how can you FORCE me, the person SPENDING the money, into an unsafe environment that Ive voiced doesnt have enough room with the 2nd bed that I dont even need. I've been in 4 rooms and 3 of them smell like damp mildew. Plus the one washer they have is always out of order. And the manager has an unnecessarily smart mouth. In the 90 days I've been here he's gotten ONE complaint from when I was baby sitting and tells me "Its not a playground." Yea, I obviously thought it was as a 34 year old woman who hadn't gotten a complaint til then. All these issues and you spending your time being a dick to customers? Do better. Update: You know how much of a power tripping weirdo you gota be to ask a PAYING CUSTOMER "Why should I let you stay." I tried my hardest to be respectful to this old man, I have a grandma that's still alive. He tried to act like the service this establishment provides is favor to someone paying.. Then he did this old school condescending parental thing where he asked a question and didn't let me finish my answer before he cut me off. Long story short this man seemingly wanted me to apologize or beg him for my very true review. And in true fashion, like I already said, instead if fixing my many complaints he's angry that I have any. Cuz yea, I should absolutely keep quiet about the issues. Talking about he doesn't remember any other issues with his mouth but the one, but when I tried to refresh his memory, he didn't want to hear it.

This place is a catfish hotel! Its a lie! dont stay here !! No fire alarm, holes in wall! Graffittie on walls, burn on ceiling, mold, weird stuff on carpet. Broken glass in front! It needs shut down!!!

The bathroom wall was falling apart , there was holes in the walls , the remote Disney work for the television.. the room smelt werid .. and the sheets and bedding were stained as if they weren’t washed properly . And the bed in the room was broken also had bugs
