Days Inn by Wyndham Cincinnati East

First I want to say I didn’t have a bad experience with service, although when we asked for extra towels they told us we had to wait for the cleaner odd but okay. The room was awful, blood finger prints on the wall, toilet was leaking, shower was not clean and had mold on the shower curtain. The water wouldn’t warm up, smelled like cigarettes. The card scanner wouldn’t work half the time. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel even too my worst enemy. It needs a good cleaning, especially the floors. Will not be staying again!

They let me check in early which I thought was amazing, it was 3 am and I just got off of a 12 hour flight so I needed a place to stay. I got up to my room and my card wasn’t even working, this happened a lot during my stay. They have a machine that re-actives the cards so they are more then aware of this issue. When I finally got into my room, there was pet fur on my bed, I didn’t mind it since I had a cat at my mom’s house so I was used to the fur. I was to tired to ask for a new so I just slept, I walked downstairs to check out and the lady at the desk said she was going to check the room, there was 3 people behind me ready to check out. Soon she came back and said she can’t give me my deposit because there is cat fur all over the bed, I told her I don’t have a cat with me and she didn’t want to hear it. I recommend this place. The staff weren’t very welcoming and the room was barely clean. And somehow it’s my fault. 0/10, don’t come here and expect a clean room or friendly staff.

The room appeared clean until I noticed a syringe on the door frame in the bathroom. The air conditioner was unplugged from a broken outlet and had unreadable buttons. The hair dryer was not working. Let the front desk know about the syringe. Hopefully, they will clean up better in the future.

Was very quite and best part was they only charge a $50 deposit and accepted cash for it. Only issue was the water was backing up a littlein when taking showers...for being recently remodeled I'm not sure what was going on there, maybe the drain needed cleaned I don't know...other than that we slept well and deposit put back in my hand so if it's late and u need a place to crash this spot works well.

Well appointed rooms- clean and comfy. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Good location off the highway with the necessities nearby. Don't forget to take a selfie against their hotel mural!

The place smells like it's never seen a cleaning lady. There's no microwave, no tv guide, cant even press a tv guide button. the breakfast? Juice, coffee and packaged muffins. This place is still in 2003 and needs a big upgrade.

I had a great experience here! I stayed one night after a concert. We were able to check in a little early, but when we checked in it seemed like housekeeping wasn’t fully finished, which isn’t really their fault since we were early and I didn’t mind. However, when we returned, they had tidied up the place really nice! Beds were super comfortable, haven’t had sleep like that in a while. I felt very safe and it was nice and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing an affordable stay in Cincinnati!
