Hilton Cleveland Downtown

The hotel staff was pleasantly welcoming and provide assistance from the time I checked in until the day I checked out. Dwayne checked me in, gave me an outstanding Lake view room with 3/4 windows, which made me happy throughout my stay (the views were lovely). Mrs./Ms. Valerie (host) and Mrs./Ms. Tellniya (waitress) were very friendly and put a smile on my face each day I went to the Burnham for breakfast. Tynetta checked me out and insured my bill was accurate with all daily credits added before I left. I will most definitely stay here again on a future visit to Cleveland! ☺️❤️

AMAZING EXPERIENCE DON’T LOOK anywhere else Hiltons are THE BEST My wife and I went on a trip to Ohio for an event for Reinforce Dance experience for 3 days and 2 nights. This place was beautiful! The Staff was so friendly and helped out with so much!! This Hilton is not free breakfast so be prepared to pay but was a bummer but it was still really good. I wish there was waffles but they’re going more for a restaurant vibe which is what it is. Amazing staff there! Thank you for taking care of us Hilton!!

Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to our requests for towels & to clean up the room. Breakfast was hot, free & decent. They were quick to refill empty items. The location was convenient & within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. The room was not huge, but the beds were comfortable & mini fridge was convenient. They need more comfortable desk chairs though.

Nice, clean, nothing above or below average. Nicely centered in downtown. With plenty of restaurants to choose from. You are going want to the food in the restaurant is bad. $28 for beef stroganoff that looks like, smells like and tastes like a few cans of dog food. See first picture. And yes they have $120 steak. The room it self is nothing spectacular have been in better rooms at a lower price. The bed is ok ,the pillows are horribly soft. The room size was ok. Now I was one of the lucky ones the view from me room was fantastic. Being a Conner I had a great view of the sunset over lake Erie picture 2 and a good view of the factory of sadness picture 3. The service was a little hit and miss. Had to ask twice to get a microwave put in my room. But everyone seemed nice and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Cleveland. I was lucky to have views of the lake, the Browns stadium and the Rock n’ Roll hall of fame. My room was clean and spacious and housekeeping came promptly during my stay. I was treated very well as a diamond member. The front desk staff was top notch and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place is awesome! Every single employee we encountered were super friendly and helpful! We had a breakfast buffet served at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time I would highly recommend this place.

We come here at least once a year for dance competitions and it is hands down my favorite venue. The rooms are clean, the fitness center is great, and the staff is just outstanding. Matt in the Noshery is the best, absolutely love to see him year after year. I look forward to our visits to the Hilton every spring!

We had a fantastic stay at the Cleveland Hilton! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. A special shoutout to the duty manager, Nick, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience a 5 out of 5. Nick’s attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made such a difference—he ensured everything ran smoothly and made us feel truly valued as guests. The rest of the staff were equally wonderful, always helpful and friendly. It’s rare to come across that level of service, and it really made our stay memorable. Highly recommend the Cleveland Hilton—not just for the quality accommodations, but for the outstanding people behind it!
