Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic, an IHG Hotel

I frequent the Clinic and this is my preferred hotel. THere's a shuttle to the hospital that I don't usually take advantage of, but it's great! The staff is super friendly! The pool/gym amenities are great. Food is well above average for a hotel. Cleaning staff does a great job. Rooms are spacious with lots of natural light. Bathrooms are great - and sometimes there's even a fan!! Temperature control always works (not the case in some other area hotels)! We'll stay here EVERY time we come to the cleveland clinic! Lots of food/grocery options in walking/delivery distance as well - even more for a short drive.

Bed so comfortable. Pillows were perfectly cozy. Rooms were very clean and tv offers many channels. Appreciated a microwave in the room as well. Staff at restaurant and bar were exceptional. Food was very good. Easy walk back and forth to Cleveland Clinic.

I have used this Holiday Inn several times. You would think their prices would be a bit lower since they are capturing a clientele that is sick and already dealing with many medical expenses. It is very clean and everyone from front desk, valet to the cleaning people are very helpful and friendly. This hotel is on the Cleveland Clinic campus and the shuttle runs every 15min or so which makes getting to and from the Clinic very easy. I will warn you, if you get a room with a shower bath combo, it is very, very slippery. Not at all safe for many of the people who are ill and going to the Clinic for help. This hotel should fix this. The food at the hotel is very good but limited and a bit high in price like most restaurants. No room service and the menu gets a bit boring after you have been there a couple of times. Prices could be lower and menu varied.. All in all this is your best option, if traveling there for the Cleveland Clinic!

I did enjoy my stay there. Although it was booked online, no one ever told us you had to pay for valet parking and pay for breakfast. We had no clue. I had to pay an extra $25 a day for parking. Also the front counter people need to greet upon entering. The counter staff never acknowledged us. Rooms we're clean and the valet people were friendly. We won't ever stay there again. Need to be more detailed about this particular hotel. It's affiliated with the hospital. Meaning your litterly paying more.

Our stay was due to medical treatment at the Cleveland Clinic. Soft yet supportive bed, variety of pillows, soft sheets, soft TP, hypoallergenic soap/shampoo, clean, soft towels, -- A+. And I'm picky. Now service - Alex w/ valet went above & beyond, charging my car, had things ready, easy in & out, kind & helpful, wonderful attitude & empathetic. Front desk-- too many fabulous ladies to mention. Follow up texts asking if we needed anything, quick responses, made sure transport to hospital was easy. So genuinely kind. And food- well, he'll be in the Coastguard in 3mo, so you better hurry for the best gluten free pizza, big smile, laughter, and kindness. We were at our most vulnerable and felt like everyone truly cared. Plenty of wheelchairs available & wheelchair accessible room was spacious.

Starting off with the good, the staff was sweet, helpful, and welcoming. The cafe was delicious. The ease of check in was great. Valet was helpful and speedy. The bad was the cleanliness of our room. When you initially walk into the hotel it’s pristine and clean. Our room was otherwise. There was dust build up on the bathroom door. The shower definitely wasn’t cleaned between us and the last guest as there was things on the floor of it. Our bedding looked like it was just put on from the last guest. There was dried blood on my blankets, fresh stains on my pillow cases and pillows themselves. Overall a good stay, but the cleanliness was not great.

The room was fine, just what you'd expect. A few stains here and there, some dirt and stickiness on the bathroom floor. That is common for a room at this price point, so I deal with it. Bedding was clean.|What astounded me was the valet parking. First, its $25 without tips, and valet is mandatory for the property. So we paid, and left our key. My vehicle alerts me via app each time the car is operated, turned off, and left unlocked. About 20 minutes after leaving the car with the valet, I got an alert that my car was unlocked. Meaning the car had been moved to the parking area, but not locked. I went to the valet desk, and complained. I was told it was not a problem, because they check the cars at 10 pm each night, so there was no need to be concerned they would catch it at 10 pm. I said I was no happy, and 10 pm was 4 hours away! The inside valet desk attendant really didn't care.|I was able to remotely lock my car, but what about those who do not have that option? I should not have been blown off, and a correction should have been made. Zero stars for valet, 4 for the room.

Everyone we came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Michael our server for breakfast was amazing! Parrish in valet was our first contact. His service was above and beyond! He was so friendly and helpful. I thought the bed was a bit soft for my liking. My friend loved her bed. While the room temperature was good it felt muggy. Couldn't get the thermostat to come on to turn on a fan or something to circulate the air to get rid of the mugginess. The shuttle service to the Cleveland clinic was great and convenient.
