ROACHES!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..... If I could give it a zero, I truly would. I saw a roach in my room at 5:32am. I returned my key and left IMMEDIATELY. And called at 1pm to speak with the manager as instructed. The manager informed me after seeing the videos and pictures that he couldn't refund my money because they didn't see anything in the afternoon. I saw it at 5:32am. He also told me that giving me a refund takes money from him, and I stayed 4 hours before seeing the roach. He was completely rude, disrespectful, and money hungry. To the point he offered me 40% off on my next stay to a place I left because of roaches. I do not want to bring them home with me. With service like that, he does not deserve to be in that position. NEVER AGAIN!!! So BEWARE. If you stay here, just know they do NOT issue refunds. Even if you have proof.

Don't trust these ratings. 2nd Days inn/super 8 combined motel with lower quality than ratings. both places were rated 3.5 but more 2 out 5. on the positive side, OK front desk and no visible bugs in our room but didn't feel clean.

This place used to be decent before whoever took it over now ( within the last 4 months) The kid on the front desk is rude disrespectful and erogent. The rooms have roaches now ( big enough to carry a small child) rooms are not clean by any means. Stains or sheets where not changed and then tried keeping my deposit ( which I believe is unlawful because there isn't a notice of any 60$ deposit). Trying to rob people for a less than par establishment.

The attendant at the front desk was nice, helpful and all smiles. I applied for an early check in which was approved almost immediately, the check in and check out process was smooth as well.

This is actually a Days Inn and a Super 8 all rolled into one which is a bit confusing when you turn up and there are both of the signs there. It is franchised out to a couple. I was in room 252 which is on the first floor at the back of the building facing a Panera take away. The room itself was fine, all the usual items like TV fridge microwave, air con, bath and shower etc. I don’t recall there being any tea/ coffee in the room, also no iron/board. The bed was a good size, well appointed and comfortable. It seemed to be quite clean with no obvious stains or marks. Only 1 lamp out of 3 worked in my room so it was a bit dingy. Wifi was terrible, they have DaysInn and Super8 servers, neither of which worked in my room. I went down to reception and got full strength, the lady who is the owner said it will be fine now, nope as soon as I got to my floor, it vanished without a trace. The DaysInn one shows but never connects. So if Wifi is a must for you, make sure you get a room close to reception. There are no other facilities like a gym etc. breakfast starts at 7 and is the usual continental fare, toast cereal, muffins, yoghurt, apples, waffles. There is a small mall opposite and several eateries nearby including a China buffet which is $13.99 all you can eat and was pretty decent.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great stay as always! The location is close to the interstate and other amenities. We we will always pick this hotel when traveling north of Ohio. The price is unbelievably low for the area as well. With many restaurants and stores in walking distance it’s a win win!

This hotel is nothing like it advertises. We arrived and were given a dirty room. Hair in the tub and sinks, brown spots on the toilet, and I could go on. I was then given another room that was not much better. When I mentioned that we were unhappy and mentioned the false advertising I was then offered a room that looked like the photos. I was not interested in seeing another room. I will be reaching out to the management and fighting for a refund. Do not stay here!!

I was in Room 264. I ended up checking out early because I opened one of the doors on the TV Stand and saw something scurry real fast. I shined my smartphone flashlight in the area that I saw the movement, and discovered a live German Cockroach. I let the front desk staff know about it and they said that they'd let the appropriate individual(s) know about it. I had no issues with the employees.||PROS||Fully Functional AC Unit. Not Super Noisy |Clean and Comfortable Bed|Clean Bathroom|||CONS:||Bathroom Door has seen Better Days (Signs of Damage)|Mini-Fridge had some Grime Buildup on the Can-Holder, but was Mostly Clean|Metal Stub for the Latching Deadbolt had Several Loose Screws (On the Door)|Live German Cockroach hiding in the TV Stand|Wall Behind the TV Stand was Dirty in Some Areas
