Quality Inn

First want to say I appreciate being able to get an early check in. The check in process was easy and quick. The young lady running the front desk was awesome. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the ample lighting the room had. Also, it was a nice touch having the couch in the room too.

Positive: Friendly staff and helpful when needed. Location was perfect. Out of all the affordable hotels this is the best one. Negative: Carpets are discussing. They need to be cleaned. Also when I went to go eat almost all hot food gone. As I was making a waffle they finally came in and started putting more hot food out. I was surprised they only put out 4 biscuits. Replenish more often!

The receptionist Heather is quite friendly and helpful. We got the first room with odor and she helped change right after. The room is clean and spacious with stable hot water. The heater is a bit noisy. We appreciated the breakfast in a neat room.

I have been staying at Quality Inn locations for all my road trips this last month. For the price, I find it affordable. The rooms are generally pretty clean, you get free breakfast, and the sheets are so silky! I’ve never had an issue with my stays. Especially since I utilize the rooms just for sleep upon each stop of my journey, I find it’s worth the price. Breakfast isn’t anything fancy - but I always go for some eggs, bacon (if offered), juice, yogurt and muffins. My husband likes the waffles! Some locations are close to highways, so be weary of which side of the building you are located because sometimes it is a bit noisy (request a room away from highways). Other than that, I have no complaints!

Car was involved in an accident, had to book a pet-friendly room. Quality Inn got me in at the last minute! Great service, rooms look as though they have been updated and breakfast was amazing!

No complaints for the price paid. Room had some wear and tear but was clean. Staff were great

Friendly customer service from Heather and also the night clerk. Large, comfortable room. Pet friendly and disabled accessible. Generous supply of towels. Will come again.
