Quality Inn near Monument Health Rapid City Hospital

This hotel was very conveniently located near clinics. The room was pretty clean, and the bed comfortable, but I would not stay there again. Noisy, ice machine out of order, laundry facilities out of order, drinking fountain out of order. The breakfast was pretty pitiful. One hard boiled egg left and when I asked about was told there weren't anymore. The 3 staff members I encountered were awkward at best. Very unprofessional and not a smile to be seen. Plenty of other places to stay in Rapid City. The convince was not worth it

This is a decent hotel. not perfect by any means but decent. I stayed here recently on a vacation and the only real issue I had was the fitness center was out of order due to a door lock and the bed had a small stain. Other than that, the service here was amazing and the staff was friendly. They also have a Dover elevator that runs well.

10 day's in this hotel. Can't complain to much for the price. Lots of wear and tear. Same choice for breakfast 10 day's in a row. Change it up a bit. Maybe add bacon or biscuits and gravy. And one night the pot smoke in the hallway was ridiculous. We had to put a towel under the door. Talked to my brother across the hall and they said the same thing.

I booked for two nights and will never stay here again. Overall the room was nice but it was very noisy and sometimes difficult to sleep. On my second night there were guests apparently drunk and arguing outside my room. I called the front desk for assistance but no response. Overall the property was nice but looked old. The location was fairly convenient.

Very noisy, we couldn’t sleep at all. We also found a roach in the hair dryer, and the floor was covered in dirt. Definitely spend the extra $20 and stay elsewhere.

Currently staying here now for the LNI tournament. Would not recommend this for anybody to stay here. Im not sure if they dont care because Natives are in town or if this is how badly this place is ran even during tourist season. But like the pictures i posted. This place is rough. First off we cane into our room to see the smoke detector covered woth trash bag. Wanted front desk to take note of it along with the picture i took. Was told that the housekeeping cover them when they turn heat on so it doesnt go off Im not sure how the heat would cause this. Second our phone didnt work, found the cord and it doesnt stay clipped into the phone. Next i tried to reheat some food and there was nothing to set food on. The glass plate in the microwave is gone. While looking for the phone cord discovered how disgusting the walls looked. Like theyd been smoked in for years. When we checked in we were asked for a card in case of incidents. Maybe these things are done so guest can get blamed and get charged. Who knows but again i would not recommend this place to anybody. Very poorly ran.
