Location is great just off the interstate so it is much more quiet. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I have stayed here multiple times and I’ve never been disappointed.

Racist manager. We are an American family of Hispanic decent. My family booked a hotel room here and the manager gave us a room that was very dirty and obviously unclean…hair and food crumbs in the bed. When I showed the manager he said too bad…he would not clean the room or give money back. He said for me he would not clean the room because or my heritage. How disgusting. Don’t ever stay here.

Have stayed at this location a few times, always clean and orderly. Has a nice pool area for the kids and the bar/restaurant area is nice. Also is one of the few hotels I’ve been to that has a self checkout for its little convenience area, that is awesome when you want your midnight ice cream or a snack while the front desk is helping someone else. Definitely my go to for when I stay in Rapid City. Also, Stacy at the front desk is awesome and makes you feel super welcome and is super helpful. If you are staying on a night that Stacy is working you will be in good hands.

We checked into the presidential suite and it was terrible. The bed was so low to the ground, and the springs were shot. The bed frame stuck out past the foot of the bed and will absolutely cause injury. The liner under the box was ripped off and hanging down. There were food and candy wrappers right at the edge under the bed, and the worst part was the dirty underwear left behind. The main living area had confetti on the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. Front Desk was kind enough to give me a full refund after I showed them everything we came across.

I am a diamond Level Hilton Customer, and I can say without a doubt that this has to be one of the worst Hilton Garden Inns on the planet. Disgusting would be a compliment. Following is bullet point detail on what we experienced and a couple of pictures.|-Prior to checking in, I was advised of an upgrade. This never happened.|-The hallways are dirty, the carpet in both the hallways and room are dirty & worn.|-The room furnishings are very old and need to be replaced. The entire hotel needs to be renovated.|-I went down to the front desk and asked for another room and was advised by both the Front Desk Manager & GM that all of the rooms were in the same condition and the GM was not very nice.|-After out 1st night, we returned that afternoon, and our room was not made up. The Maid advised that we were not on the list. I went down and spoke agin with the Front Desk Mgr & was advised that the rooms are cleaned every other day & that we were advised of this when we checked in. We were not and I asked for compensation. She advised that she would talk to the GM & get back to me. She never did.|-After day-2, the maid allegedly cleaned our room. FYI, enclosed are photos of the toilet & shower. The maid did a lousy job. I did not complain about this because the hotel is poorly run & they don't care.|-Breakfast: We were told that breakfast is included. We sat down and it took well over 30-minutes to get to order our meal. I tasted the eggs, and they were very greasy. We told the server and she said, try the buffet. I went to the buffet and all chafing dishes were say empty. I was advised it would be a few more minutes, which turned out to be 10/15 minutes. Again the eggs we awful & greasy. I believe that they serve powdered eggs. Quality is something that has escaped them. I went to the from desk & they agreed to knock off breakfast from my bill. Wrong, when we checked out, they only deducted for 2-days breakfast and I had to say demand the 3rd, along with a discussion and I am being polite.|Conclusion: Stay away from this property. Hilton Corproate needs to both inspect this property, force upgrades, and/or, take the Hilton name off this hotel.

Very nice hotel. It is new and modern and clean in an area of town that has several hotels that are not. Pool and hot tub are nice and don't seem too busy. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious and all the outlets seemed to work. Staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the loose and kinda gross lotion dispenser in the bathroom (room 417 if management is reading this and wants to send maintenance up). Not particularly close to either downtown or the airport, but close to the mall if that's helpful to you.

This Hilton was not nice at all for the price we paid, breakfast was a extra fee as well. Bathroom ceiling was clearly "fixed" leaving the mess behind, shower curtain was gross pulled it down so hopefully it was changed. Popcorn in p tech hair and dust on corner lamp oh i did get paid to stay found a nickel under the p tech. We always stay at nice hotels to avoid these issues....

The staff is great at this hotel. Friendly, helpful, does their job well. The breakfast was a buffet or menu, with hot items, fruits, and breads as well as Belgian waffles. The hotel itself is clean everywhere, but very shabby. The carpet is absolutely filthy, and the doors, cabinets, etc are scuffed and worn. I would stay here again, but this place definitely needs a major update. Again, the hotel is clean except for the carpet and it’s kind of shockingly gross.
