My stay here was very unpleasant. My husband and I got a room with bed bugs. Also, the staff members aren't very friendly and made me feel like my presence was a major inconvenience. I don't recommend this place at all.

Poor service. These people are crooks. They charged me an extra $100 in smoking fees! I don't e enough smoke. And all the rooms are marked non smoking. Then they ga e me some change of ownership story and wouldn't refund it. TV was barely on the wall. Dirty dirty dirty

Horrible experience. This place should be rated null. Rooms were not clean, smelly and walls were covered with dust, with some bugs flying around. The ceiling had something similar to small wasps nest. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was rusty and was kept open. Bed sheet had stains on it. This place is not good for families, weird looking people all around. Above all, breakfast was a joke. Just some oats and cereal bars. How can it be called as a complimentary breakfast. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all.

old. dirty. filthy. rude staff. overcharge in fees. tv was barely on the wall. toilet was broken in first room. second room had dirty sheets in one bed. moldy carpets in the halls. ac unit was so dusty my allergies were in overdrive. broker window latch and screen.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Dirty, nasty, broken toilet & cracked sink.. Carpets nasty and rooms smell awful. Bathroom had not been cleaned. Hair in tub and sink had shaving residue. Hallways covered in pistachio shells and corona bottle caps. Parking lot covered in beer cans and trash. Only one bath towel and told manager took keys home so couldn’t get another. No breakfast, unless you want a granola bar and a brown banana. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I had to book a last minute hotel room and was fortunate enough to be able to get a room here for a good rate. The first thing I noticed was how clean the room smelled. The staff was friendly as well. I talked to the Manager, Tom, literally for 3 hours. He was super nice and we got along wonderfully.

Management was amazing. Super friendly, sociable, and increased the quality of the entire experience. Sadly our car was hit by someone pulling out of their parking space, but management quickly aided in searching security footage and working with the polic to help us file a police report. While the room did not have an excess of amenities like coffee or water cups, it was clean, organized, and was a relaxing place to rest after a long day.

This is surely a crackhouse run by tweakers. We arrived to police arresting someone with lights spining and two people leaving with their luggage at 7 pm. Nobody checks out at 7 pm unless it's bad. The entire hotel reaks of a mixture of urine, alcohol and unidentified chemicals. The room is worse. It's like someone is attempting to cover up the smell of grime and mildew with other chemicals. We turned around and left to find accommodations elsewhere and paid double at the last minute. This is the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in out of 372 in 6 years. I've requested my money back through every channel.
