AmericInn by Wyndham Rapid City

Is hands down the best hotel in rapid City. The staff was amazing and kind . At breakfast Kevin was better then some waiters I have had . He was on top of everything. Food was refilled quickly at the breakfast bar and all the juices were available. At the front desk Nicole was kind and accommodating. The pool area was clean . The halls were clean. The room was great , very comfortable and clean . We will be staying there again on our next trip to Rapid City.

We had an awesome stay. Nicole at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful, we upgraded to a suite the next day and she did everything to make us comfortable until our suite was ready. Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and was not the same menu every morning like most motels. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Nicole, as this was a stressful time for my family due to medical reasons. We appreciate you!

What an awesome hotel. We have stayed in over 15 hotels between LA and Rapid City and this one was the best. ||Starting from the great and friendly service from Mya right through to the beautifully presented room and the indoor water slide. We ended up staying 2 nights we enjoyed it that much. ||The room was very clean, large and comfortable. Beds are comfy and shower had great pressure and good hot water. ||It is a great central location to many fun things to do such as the Reptile Garden and the Warbird museum at the Airforce base. ||Can't recommend this place enough.

Loved staying here! The workers were very nice, the pool was great. My only thing is when the parents would leave their children either by themselves or with an older kid to watch them, they would then get rough. My daughter got hit in the mouth by a ball by an older boy. So if you do plan on staying here, PLEASE WATCH YOUR KIDS! Other than that, it was a lovely stay. The breakfast was always on point!

Maya and Cherie at the front desk were amazing. Helpful. Cheerful and very understanding. Love MaericInn but this one was not on my bucket list by any stretch. Nice quiet room despite the packed house. Thanks AmericInn!

Positive: Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean. I wish I would have gotten the lady?s name who checked us in. We stayed the 29th through the 1st. She worked on the PM shift. Hands down, she was amazing!!! Negative: ""

I recently stayed at here and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to previous experiences. In the past, this hotel stood out for its cleanliness and welcoming touches, but I was disappointed this time. The room and common areas did not feel as clean or well-maintained as they have in the past. Additionally, the check-in experience used to include a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage, which I appreciated as a nice start to the stay. However, they’ve now changed this to a ‘buy one, get one free’ coupon and simultaneously raised the prices of their drinks. It felt like a downgrade from a customer perspective, and the gesture that once made guests feel welcome now feels like an upcharge.
