I stayed for 5 nights & we had the exact same breakfast every morning, also WiFi speed was only 5mb & you can’t do business with that speed. Lastly as a business customer when I check in Sunday and depart Friday morning my corporate credit card is charged at the end of the stay so I only have one transaction. This place charged me for Sunday night, then charged me again from Monday thru Friday. When I asked for an itemized bill so I can separate it on my corporate card they couldn’t do it. As a Wyndham Diamond customer I expect better.

We got the king suite with living area and fireplace. Was super clean! Very comfy. My only disappointment was that the hot tubs were down

Overall this hotel is very basic and the property is somewhat tired-looking. I need to remind myself over and over again that photos only tell part of the story. The first picture I saw online for this hotel was of the hot tubs and pool, but after a bumpy 9-hour drive, one of the first things I was told by the front-desk representative was that the hot tubs weren’t working. We were disappointed, but these things happen. We were, however, pleased with the pool, although the aggregate deck material was pretty rough on the feet. Chlorine level was not overwhelming or off putting, though. Our room was spacious and looked nice, and the beds were comfortable, but the sink faucet handle was loose to the point of nearly coming off, and the toilet seat was loose. Of course I fix these things in my own home, but I’m not in the habit of bringing a toolkit into hotel rooms. Maybe I should… Shower water pressure was barely passable, but I’m nearly certain we’ve all grown used to this by now. For what it’s worth, I would pay $5 more for the extra water if I had that option. Breakfast was decent as far as free continental breakfasts are concerned, but nothing remarkable. Although our stay was relatively comfortable, we will most likely not return to this hotel the next time we’re in Rapid City. For the price, there’s probably better out there.

It's called Elevation now. Anna at front desk was amazing!!!! Very clean hotel, bed comfortable, room cleaned daily and provided towels without asking. Breakfast included was good. Staff were friendly. Convenience to restaurants, gas, and attractions was excellent.

Was very impressed with this hotel. Though there was some stains in the carpet, the water pressure wasn't great in the shower, and there were small cosmetic repairs needed in the room- the breakfast, cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the exceptionally helpful and friendly staff more than made up for those things! The room was very clean and beds very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of available options for even the most picky kiddos. And the staff was very friendly- from the front desk to the guy attending to the pool in the morning, to the hospitality staff cleaning out the rooms! Thank you so much for a very relaxing and pleasant stay!

My husband and I stayed Mon-Fri in the presidential suite. I'm rounding up from 4.5 stars, because our only complaint was that eggs and sausage were only provided one morning. Aside from that, everything was great. Our room was very tidy and housekeeping did a great job. The room was spacious and we loved the giant tub in the bedroom, perfect for a post-hike bath. Front desk was very helpful. There were travel brochures and maps of the area available in the lobby, and parking was free and the lot was big. We'd love to stay here again.

The location of this hotel is great but the rooms are not the air conditioner was leaking and soaked the carpet around it and I opened up the sofa bed and there was a huge pee stain in the middle of the mattress

Stayed 2 nights, everything was great. Damian works there and was very helpful. We will stay here again Thank you. It made our Thanksgiving weekend special. Wife is a Diamond Member.
