Super 8 by Wyndham Airport I90

We were very happy with this hotel , we got what we needed , good fresh Breakfast, clean Bed , quite place. Instead I was very happy with the staff as they were very nice with a guest who treated them rudely at breakfast time , even though it was pass time they rudely said that breakfast was until 10:30. Man was being gentle with them. Who would not want to stay with such good people. Thanks Guys for providing clean and peaceful sleep.

After driving for hours, it was nice to pull off the road to find a place to stay for the night. This hotel was adequate, but not one I would recommend. It was dark, dingy, and smelled. Curtains in some of the windows were falling off the rods. Staff could be friendlier. We skipped the morning breakfast. Probably could've found better accommodations.

Its clearly an older Super 8. The TV in our room didn't work (as in, at all) and the wifi disconnected and reconnected at will. The toilet ran and the shower was loud. For $70 a night, I at least expected a working television. The room seemed kind of dirty. Also --- the parking lot is dark and seemed to have some undesirables loitering. I would not stay here again. Disappointed. Only positive was friendly staff and bed was comfortable.

To the person who said there were bedbugs. We have stayed at this motel several times, and have NEVER seen a single insect. The beds are very comfortable, the staff are very nice, and the rooms are really clean. You made a harsh accusation which, in my experience, is completely untrue. Returned for another visit. They wouldn't give us credit for our Wyndham points, and we're told wee weren't welcome. Change of review. We arrived at the motel, and were told we could not rent a room. No reason given. I believe it was because we wanted to use our Wyndham points for a free room and they didn't want to honor them.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. We got 4 rooms with 2 queens in each room. We had a total of 12 people in our group. We asked for more towels, then got told we were being racists for asking for more towels. Bathrooms were dirty. So bad you could see dirt streaks running down the walls. Carpets were very sticky feeling even in the halls. We had stepped on broken glass in rooms, 1 room had a broken bed with no offer to exchange rooms. And the smell of all the rooms was absolutely terrible. Windows didnt have a screen so we couldnt even open to air out room with out getting a billion flies in here. I will never stay at this location again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

All I wanted was a bed and a hot shower I've been driving for over 48 hours.... walls are thin you can hear everything my sheets were dirty and there was no hot water... I asked for a little bit taken off my bill for the inconvenience the man at the front desk said yes then charged me the full amount ... I'm not one to complain often but this one just set me off On a positive note the rest of the room and the hotel itself was clean. The bed was comfy and the internet worked. Aside from the guy at the counter the staff was kind and helpful.

If I could I would give this hotel a negative 5! This is the worst place we have ever stayed well walked in! We left after 5 minutes of being in our room! The bed looked as if the sheets had never been changed, the shower had hair and soap build up on the drain. The toilet had pubic hairs everywhere, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, one of the drawers had what I'm guessing was a poop smeared wrag in it, and there was so much more but I would be going on for days! I DO NOT recommend this place in any way shape or form! It was awful!!!!
