The staff here was excellent. They were well trained, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was spotless with comfortable beds. It was quiet and a great location right off the highway and central to great places to eat and shop.

For a Hilton property , it leaves you wondering who designed the rooms, suites! Overall layouts Lighting is horrible,|Bathroom door& closet doors literally hit each other when open! |Very limited electrical outlets in room.|Both remotes for TV’s didn’t work! Horrible pillows! Front desk , Michelle & Edgar was most helpful!|Came down for breakfast at 8:30 only to find restaurant was. Loses due to a private party! Seems all the Drag Queens in Sioux Falls had one heck of a party going on.|I was ok with the people & party, but it would have been nice to have advance notice of restaurant closure! Had. Lienyabinqas to meet for breakfast, which altered our plans! Much nicer properties to stay at!

The breakfast service was awesome! The gentleman was very attentive and personable. The ladies at check-in and check-out weren't very knowledgeable or forthcoming with the benefits we were to receive with our booking. We had to keep asking about each benefit a diamond member receives. Maybe they didn't understand Diamond members receive more benefits for their loyalty. We weren't given our food credit and had to point it out and have the bill refigured. The hotel and our room were very nice.

I’ve stayed here a few times and I’m tired of paying for a so called (breakfast) that is anything but great!! You serve toxic garbage for breakfast that causes cancer and you dont even serve real food!! It’s full of fake ingredients and toxic chemicals including pesticides and herbicides and micro plastics!! 🤮 I don’t know how Hilton can even say it’s great because it actually KILLS you! Hilton is part of the global health crisis and only care about farming people for profit they not concerned about anyone’s health or welfare. The detergent for dishwasher is the worst you can buy and leaves forever chemicals on the plate and silver ware that you end up consuming they disrupt the body’s microbial function hormonal processes and cause cancer and other diseases. They now have a zero shampoo and body wash supplied by them that I’m sure is just as toxic and everything else they offer. It’s time to wake up!! The food and cleaning products they use are banned in over 30 countries and they don’t seem to care at all!! There are so many people that are sick and dying due to business that operate with no principles only the intention to take your money to make profit. It’s time to speak up and expose all the business and people that are making people suffer and be sick so they can be in the black! I hate staying here but all the hotels and in on it. You have to pick one. Oh and the pool and spa chemicals!! That’s just to add the cherry on top! Fluoride and chlorine is soooo toxic and enters into your bloodstream through your skin (your largest organ) and crosses the blood brain barrier causing many different health issues as well. This is a TOXIC hotel!!!

Was there for a convention. From what I can tell it went pretty good. Hotel staff all seemed friendly, and kept the motel up nicely.

I do not recommend staying here. There was no hot water, the coffee maker in the room was broken, and there was a dog next door that barked for hours while we tried to sleep. A waste of money.

Location is great, right off the highway, but we didn't hear any road noise. Everything is very clean and spacious. After a long day in the car, we wanted to walk, and found that ROAM (an excellent restaurant with delicious smoked food and cocktails) was right at 1 mile away.
