The service that we got was horrible! I got charged 132 on top of what I already payed for my stay. When I brought it up to the front desk person they said that someone made a mistake on audit and it would be back on by morning. That same evening multiple peoples key cards stopped working. The next morning the money wasn’t back on my card. I went to ask the front desk person and she was very rude and told me it wasn’t an accidental charge it was a holding fee. I told her what the other person had said and she got even more snippy. A week later I still don’t have that money back. This was an anniversary get away trip and we couldn’t do much because we had a large chunk of money missing. And on top of that the hot tub was broke as well so we couldn’t really enjoy our time in the hotel. Would not recommend unless you like rude service and feeling like a burden to the front desk.

This place is clean and the rooms spacious. All the in-room amenities you could really want like a TV, kettle, microwave, and fridge. The breakfast was fine not anything too crazy but it was included so I’m not complaining. Also, I didn’t get her name, but the lady who worked the evening shift was super friendly and helpful so shout out to her! All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area and need a place to stay.

Everything was clean, comfortable quiet the morning breakfast was good. The pool was exceptionally warm. The hot tub was hot. It all felt wonderful. I can’t thank them enough for their help and their service. The staff were all very friendly greeting everybody they had a small area of things you could buy they sold pizzas in Lebar area and several different beverages which I did not utilize you felt safe in the parking area is non-smoking hotel. The linens are wonderful and there were plenty of them.

Checked in on Monday to stay to Sunday. Noticed a hot tub unavailable sign, staff told us it was getting fixed and takes a few days to get to heat. It's 10pm on Saturday and still not available. Should get a discount per amenity not available as that is why some people book the place to begin with.

Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool and whirlpool was amazing.. comfortable and super clean. I especially appreciate their awareness to those in the ADA community. The pool has a lift available to assist folks who need it along with ADA compliance rooms. They provide Dove hygeine products and makeup remover pads. Friendly staff from the folks at the front desk to the helpful housekeepers. I appreciate the easy online updates, checkout and chats to answer questions. Convenient location with a nearby BP station with a small convenience store. I will most definitely stay here the next time I am in town. I HIGHLY recommend staying here.

The staff were not friendly and NEVER greeted the guest when entering the hotel (not even a smile). Over the 3 days, we never felt welcomed. The bed was EXTREMELY hard. The breakfast area did not have enough tables, and the tables were not clean. I got up from breakfast, and my shirt was stuck to the table from syrup. The elevator did not feel safe and rattled on each floor. The deactivated numerous guest room cards, and it took extra time to prove we are guests to get back in our room. The TV did not have the ability to turn up the volume for a couple who is hard of hearing. The shower had a drain part not attached, and you only got partial water pressure since most of the water was going out into the tube faucet. We were hoping this was going to a yearly stay, but the negatives weigh out the good. My spouse and 1 are in extreme pain from the beds and have had zero sleep

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. Front desk at check in was wonderful and had hot cider and pastries. Breakfast staff was engaging and kind. Breakfast was not a huge selection, but there were hot and cold selections and a good variety of tea and coffee. The breakfast area was clean and the gentleman was there actively helping customers, chatting with repeat guests, and cleaning up after people who had finished eating. The breakfast area was smaller than some other hotels, but there were plenty of tables when I was there to eat at 7:00 on a Wednesday. The mattress was a bit more firm than mine, but I slept very well. Pillows were a variety of firmness, so I found one I liked. Linens were soft and comfortable. The stand up shower in the King room was nicer than what I had expected in a hotel. Great touch. Overall, a great stay, I would stay again, and I felt safe at this hotel. Very conveniently located by I-29. I did not use the tv, pool, or other amenities, but the internet was good and fast.

Very nice room. Very clean. The beds could have been softer. I very upset that the hot tub wasn’t working. That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The pool was so cold I could even swim.
