NillStaying at this hotel has been a great experience. The rooms are clean and housekeeping does a fantastic job at keeping the rooms clean and was very respectful of my personal belongings when moving them around to clean, even taking care of my dirty dishes for me. The beds are comfortable and the staff are very friendly and were very accommodating when I needed to extend my room with 2 hour notice.

NillGreat stay, very comfortable. Great selection of rooms at an affordable rate. Nice pool here, very clean, and the hot tub is nice too! The complimentary breakfast is pretty good as well! No complaints! Courteous staffas well.

NillGreat place to stay for the first time visiting South Dakota. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay at a nice hotel with complimentary breakfast in the morning. Also coffee and other beverages all day complimentary for guests. Breakfast selection was great, options for everyone (gluten free options as well!) Pool is beautiful and clean compared to other hotels I've been to. The complimentary gym was also great perfect amount of machines and equipment. Personally I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for my 21st birthday. The location is great walking distance to a grocery store and plenty of food/attractions near the hotel. Overall a great place for anyone younger or older. Maids were nice as well great to interact with and wholesome staff option to have daily or every other day checkups.(Change trash towels etc) My only grief with the place which is very minor is the sitting space in the 2 room suite family room. Again very minor easily can pull chairs up to have extra sitting space.

★★★★★Stayed over one night, pet friendly hotel so requested a room on the main floor close to an exit, worked out great for taking our furry family member out. Room was clean. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice breakfast in the morning with waffles, egg croissant sandwiches, sausage, cereal etc.

NillSpent 2 nights here, the hotel needs help in many ways… for starters our electrical in our room constantly went out, we had to find the breaker box and fool with it on more than one occasion during our stay (which still didn’t fix the issue), thankfully we had flashlights because the majority of our time in the room only half the lights worked, we did ask to be moved, but were told they were full, which I found hard to believe since half the parking lot was empty both nights. We had one of the 2 bedroom suites, and my word was it cramped… there was no room to put a suitcase down in the bedrooms, honestly it was even tight to just walk around the bed, the closets were well equipped with shelving but had absolutely tiny doors making it hard to get into them, a chair in the bedrooms would have also been a nice touch but definitely no room for them, the living area was so-so, not enough room for the comfortable furniture to see the television and the table was like half usable because it was crammed up against the wall. Also the lack of hooks to simply hang things up in the room was a problem. The other issue was how cramped the breakfast bar area was, there was also a water leak coming from the light area in the food area and it was dripping on a constantly moved washcloth on a tile floor, it wasn’t until a guest somehow asked for a wet floor sign that it was more visible… the food layout was frustrating as you constantly had to go back and forth between the two counters to get what you needed, and then there was a small table protruding out to the middle of the already small area, making it even more awkward. The other issue was when we came to check in, there was no one at the desk, there was a sign to use the phone to reach the desk person, but when we called a phone rang at the desk… we had to walk around the hotel to try to find someone, finally someone came to the desk, but it was a solid 20 minutes or more in trying to find someone. And to top it off one of the elevators went out of order, so it took ages to get between the floors. I stayed in a similar TownPlace in North Dakota, so I figured it would be similar, this one was a major disappointment. Overall, I would not stay here again… between the electric in the room, the dangerous breakfast situation, and the lack of personnel at the desk at check in it was too much for what we paid.

NillGreat location for our one-night stopover during a cross-country road trip. Staff are outstanding! Breakfast is top notch, as such breakfasts go. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is starting to show its age but everything worked well. You can walk to a couple of restaurants. Shopping very close (WM, Sams, HyVee), dining close with lots of choices. Easy off/on I-29 and access to I-90.

NillThis was a very welcome and restful stop on a roadtrip across the USA. Hotel rooms have gotten quite beaten up over the last few years - I've noticed this at hotels across the country. There are some scuffs and frays in this room, but it is still tastefully appointed and well-designed. It's comfortable, restful, and the staff were very friendly. I'd be happy to stay here again.

★★★★★We were here for an early morning surgery the next day. The room was very clean, and very comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat in terms of proximity to the hospital. Dining options within walking distance are limited. Reception staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. We'll be back the next time we need to stay in Sioux Falls!
