Best Western Empire Towers

Don't go by the pictures they post online! This place was nasty. The front desk guy (at night) was rude and arrogant. Smelled like pot when he finally came out of the back room. Slammed 1 bottle of water on the counter didn't say a thing. I stay at Best Westerns every time I travel and never had anything like this. As for the rooms, I don't have the energy to even start explaining how bad they were! 1 big thing was the stains on the blankets. We slept 4 hours and left!

Booked last minute on a road trip. We arrive late and depart early. I’m unable to speak on amenities such as the pool. Lots of shops, restaurants nearby. Room 313 was clean, quiet and comfortable. A kitchenette. I had an issue that didn’t affect our stay but needed addressing in the morning. The manager was very responsive. Customer service was top notch. The price at this property was unbeatable. Recommend.

Customer service to the max. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Room appeared clean. I noticed dust on the fan in the bathroom and on the lamps. Breakfast was the ordinary items and it was plentiful but we were down at 7. Older building but well maintained. No hot tub and the pool was on the cool side. Very clean and inviting area. Frying pan restaurant just across the parking lot. We would stay again.

Don’t overlook this hidden gem. In town for appointment at VA. Not only did we get a veterans discount but a clean room and a great full on breakfast. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Conveniently located. |Five star surprise for the price.

Beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows. Everything was very clean. We were given a very large ground floor room for our bicycles to come inside with us. We merely had requested a ground floor. Very much appreciated. Staff was exceptionally helpful as we left in the morning.

Very clean rooms! Breakfast was great, lots of options, not just a waffle and cereal, many items to choose from. Pool was warm & comfortable. Beds was clean and rooms were outstanding. Definitely would return. If in the area don’t hesitate to stay here.

We had come to town for a concert went in to work at 5am worked till 11am. Drove 4.5 hours got to the hotel the Manger and one employee Roy were checking in a person in front of us. Who had a confusing check in. They both were very nice and professional with her. She was very happy with the outcome. Ours was easy so went fast. Maybe a little to fast enjoyed talking with them told us what time to get to the concert to avoid the rush. It was great being as I have a hard time getting around. Very one there were super nice and helpful 👍. If you have a pet it's a great place for them. The whole town is very pet friendly. They are going to be remodeling soon. Really worth the price. We will be staying there again.

Good value , Our room had a small kitchen (same price as a regular room) It was neat and clean. Off highway, but not noisy. Great location, as many chain restaurants nearby for dinner. We found it convenient to several attractions that we were going to. USS Dakota Museum nearby.
