NillThe room was fine for what we paid and the location was great. But the service was horrible! We called down to the front desk to ask if we could have some extra time to pack our bags before checking out. They said "that will be no problem". However, when we got down to the front desk we were told we were 30 minutes past checkout time and they would be charging use a late fee. When we tried to explain that we had called earlier the woman "helping" us walked away and refused to listen or assist us further. We waited and called the woman back out and she continued to say she was unable to help us. Additionally, we asked for a quiet room and they put us on the side where the airplanes roar by early in the morning. We were told later that that was because we asked for two beds, so apparently you have to choose between a single quiet bed or two beds on the noisy side. Lastly, our room phone was broken. So, anytime we wanted to talk to the front desk we had to walk down or use our cell phones to call their 800 number.

NillBooked a queen room for ease of an early morning flight. Able to turn in the rental car the night before. We were at the gate for our flight less than 15 minutes after leaving the hotel room! Room was small but clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the queen room had a double bed. We sleep on a queen at home, and this was clearly not a queen. We were able to upgrade to a king for an extra $20. Front desk staff was not very interested or helpful. I don't care if you choose to put in double beds instead of queens, but please advertise it honestly.

NillWe got charged over $300 for one night for just one queen sized bed! Were also told breakfast would be served until 10am. Nope. They put everything away at 9:00. Was a spur of the moment stay due to weather conditions and timing. Guess you have to pay for the convenience.

★★★★★Words cannot express my thanks for an outstanding stay; especially to the staff who are deserving of recognition. Not for doing their jobs, but how they went above and beyond with their assistance and support during a crisis that necessitated my stay. I owe you all a debt of gratitude.|Though in all probability, I'll never see any of you again; the memory of all of you will be forever emblazoned in my mind. Again, thank you. 5 Stars to Aerostay and the staff.

NillIf staying for anything other than using the airport convenience, no! Parking is a disaster. You have to pay for airport parking, which means you have to pay each and every time you leave and re-enter the parking lot 🤔 very unfriendly to the city of Sioux Falls visitors. The parking situation should definitely be in BIG BOLD LETTERS on their website. The air conditioner didn't work when we got to the room. When I called the front desk, he must have known it when we checked in because he said he had no other room to offer us. Do we want a fan to use? Really, how about telling us at checking in and offering a bit of a discount for not having control of the temperature in the room. I probably wouldn't stay her again for the price and inconvenience of parking

NillThis hotel is without a doubt the most convenient for taking a flight out of Sioux Falls. I had a 5 am flight to Minneapolis on Delta and the Hotel's front desk is not more than 60 feet from Delta's Check-in Desk in the airport. I booked this room in advance, and I have many hotel discount programs to include Army Veteran/Retiree status. Hotel room rates were high for a very small eco room. Check in/out was easy and efficient. For the convenience I would stay again, so you pay for convenience.

★★★★★Very clean, nice room with fridge/microwave, Friendly staff, coffee 24x7 in lobby, nice fitness center. A SUPER convenient place to stay before a flight out of FSD -- just a few feet from the airline ticket counters. Overall a positive experience and would stay here again. ||||It was a bit pricer than other nearby airport hotels and when I booked I felt I paid too much, but saving the cost of an uber and for the proximity to the airport for an early flight, it was worth the few extra bucks!

NillThis hotel couldn’t be more convenient if you need to stay overnight. We had two red eye flights coming into town and leaving so the hotel worked well for us. The first night our flight got in at midnight. It was great to walk right from the terminal straight into the hotel. We didn’t even have to go outside. The rooms are basic but comfy beds for a short stay. I didn’t eat the breakfast but my dad did and it was your typical continental fare. We dealt with the same gentleman both nights we checked in and he was nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on convenience alone.
