The hotel was clean. Everything else is absolutely adequate. Very much a no amenities hotel. Breakfast was adequate: waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice. The pool is small, but my 9 year old enjoyed it. The pool area is clean, though there were no towels. The room was big enough for the beds, but hardly any walking space between the bed and the wall. The mattress was all springs and no support. The walls are thin: we heard our neighbors party into the wee hours and our upstairs neighbors every footstep. We stayed for $157 for 2 nights and for the price I am satisfied.

This hotel is seedy and dirty. We booked a room with a king bed and upon entering, there was a ladder in the room with a bunch of stuff thrown all over the bed. We were then out into a room with two queen beds. The hallway smells like weed and the parking lot is dimly lit and filthy. Trash and cigarette butts all over. Shady people hanging out in the parking lot. The room was dirty. There was grime all around the perimeter of the sink and mold on the ceiling above the shower. The lampshades were filthy and one of them was crushed. There were cracks in the walls and they were so thin you could hear every word the neighbors were saying. You could also hear every footstep from the floor above. The mattresses were hard, thin, and uncomfortable. Surprisingly the fridge was clean. At 5am there were two people swearing at each other in the hallway. If you want a good, comfortable, and clean place to sleep, this is not the place to be. It was overpriced for the condition it is in. I can't see how anyone could rate this place "outstanding." If you can afford it, stay somewhere else.

We had a car emergency, stayed 1 night. These two guys were super helping us out as much as they possibly could! For a bit older hotel it has been renovated and very clean with a very good continental breakfast! The price was perfect! Stay here recommend!

I stayed here for over 5 weeks. The amount of money that I paid I expected to have full cleaning. I had to buy my own toilet paper, ice being their ice machines didn't work. The swimming pool was FREEZING COLD, AND THE HOT JETS WERE NOT WORKING. I never got my sheets switched at all the entire time that I was staying here. The house keeping was very rude, calling us witches, and would still knock and even open up the door without knocking when I had my Do Not Disturb sign up. I had bought a portable closet for my new apartment that I'm moving into, and that is gone. They would always wait til I left until they would enter into my room. The mattresses are really bad, as well as the pillows. I spent over $2500.00 here and I got treated like I was annoying them.

The neighbors next to our room had wall shaking music going until one a.m., then they turned it down to just annoying level...all night long. Otherwise, the room is decent, breakfast is the usual cereal, waffles, bread products, yogurt, drinks. Convenient to I-35. Fast food, gambling and bars within strolling distance. You get what you pay for.

This hotel was clean and everything smelled fresh. The people running the hotel are friendly, and everything went well. I really appreciate finding a place for a good night’s sleep. The mattress was great.

The pool was freezing. No heat in there at all. The hot tub bubbles didn’t work and the water was barely warm. No towels in the pool. The breakfast is sad and pathetic. When requested room service, never got any. Had to go down to desk to request everything from toilet paper to towels. The hotel owner/manager is very rude to guests with babies, yet allows employees to bring children to work. There was food on the floor in the hallways. Beds were barely made when checked in. Less than friendly service. Definitely not worth the money paid. The room smelt of mold, the bathroom was disgusting. Hair all over the tub and toilet seat.

I checked in on Christmas Day needing a room for the night. Bill was working the front t desk and was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious. There weren't many other guests so things were quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay to get sleep.
