Baymont by Wyndham Sioux Falls Near West 41st Street

Michael was super helpful and friendly as I had made an error on my booking. This property is very welcoming and clean. Great location. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice bed and pillows. Refrigerator, microwave, nice shampoo, etc. Great hot breakfast with everything you would want to start your day. Nice pool and hot tub. Will definitely stay again. Thanks!

Positive: Pool was nice and fairly warm! Location was good! Was pleased with the hotel for the price. iHop in the parking lot was also nice. Negative: No complaints. Will definitely stay here again.

Very Quiet , clean, easy location, would stay again. Great breakfast room with choices and enough seating spaces. Priced just right. Plenty of hot water & comfortable bed. We woke refreshed & ready to continue our travels to Iowa for Christmas. Courteous staff

For being a cheap room we had such a good experience. The staff were extremely friendly, even at 12:15 am when we got there. The room was decent, it’s not a brand new room but it was very clean and comfortable! Breakfast was good, and the staff gave my kids candy canes.

Met the three basic qualities very well: clean, quiet, comfortable. The front desk person (did not get his name) was great. Breakfast was better than expected. Enjoyed the variety including bagels, yogurt, cereal. Would definitely return to this facility.

Location was perfect for my trip. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Door did not lock except for the latch above the door handle lock. Individual behind the counter was rude. No one was at the front desk when I wanted to check out, nor information stating someone would be back soon. I used the indicated phone to call and when someone answered the phone, there wasn't a greeting only the words "I'll be up there" or "I'm coming". Very difficult to understand. Customer service apparently wasn't a high priority.

Arrived at 9:40 pm It is 10 degrees outside no heat on in room at all I called the front desk and expressed my concern about how cold it was in room. Jenn informed me that all the rooms are like this you have to turn heat on yourself. Well Thank you it’s the end of January. It will take all night for room to get to a reasonable temp. Then to top it off a dirty sock next to the bed.

My husband and I had to stay overnight last minute in souix falls and finding this place was an Amazing experience it was clean and had a great breakfast selection but the best part was the customer service I'm assuming the gentleman who helped us was a manager he was so respectful and polite and instead of asking us how we liked our stay like most ask he ask was there anything we didn't like about our experience so that he may improve in the future I highly recommend staying and I will definitely be a return customer myself
