Ramada Limited by Wyndham Sioux Falls

Ramada is a great place to stay! The workers there are the best, they treat you good and make u feel at home! The rooms r always clean. The breakfast is always good. Overall Ramada is the only place now that I will rent from!!! I love them there:)

Room clean & nice. Hotel itself has a smell to the hallway that wasn't pleasant in my opinion. Desk was nice to provide me with an envelope upon asking. Standard breakfast. Restraints close by. I was pleased

I made a reservation and went to pay, wasn’t recognized as a Wyndham platinum member, they didn’t honor the price on the Wyndham app… they actually cancelled my reservation, then charged me the regular rate…THEN I got charged twice for one night, which overdrawn my account… costing me one night for the price of two and an overdraft fee… I got yelled at because I went and got coffee “because it wasn’t breakfast time” when I asked for coffee for the room, all they gave me was decaf. They served cold biscuits for breakfast also..The pool was FREEZING and they refused to turn up the temperature where I could actually enjoy it. I want the money back for being charged twice for one night, and would like a refund for the extra money they charged for canceling my reservation so they could not only charge me more, but charge me twice. Left and went to the other Ramada and their pool was much nicer and it was almost $30 less per night… if I don’t get reimbursed for the overdraft fee and the extra $93 they charged to my card because they didn’t want me to pay the cheaper price ON THE WYNDHAM APP, then I am definitely going to escalate the situation because they had no right to steal money from me and I want it back. That was my children’s grocery money and for any business to steal money from a single mother (especially after been asked twice to fix it) is just pure greed. I am not going to stop complaining about this until it gets fixed. If Wyndham doesn’t fix it, I’m sure BBB can help

Well where do I even begin... The location is great! Around near by restaurants and coming from out of town we didn't have to go to far in, we also wanted to go to the zoo the next morning and it's really close to the zoo. You do get what you pay for however. The rooms were dirty (blood stains, nasty towel stains and burn holes in our comforter) this was between the 2 rooms that we booked this weekend. The shower wouldn't drain the best when first turned on and the shower rarely got hot. The pool was super disappointing the main pool is ice cold (took your breath away) and the hot tub wasn't very hot so it turned into a kiddy pool, pool was never stocked with pool towels ever either and it was a hassle to have to wait at the front desk to get someone's attention. Do one ever seemed to be up there. Breakfast was decent but a very small room and very cramped and given you have no choice to take food to your hotel room you have to eat in there. Staff was great and very friendly. No bugs.

Positive: Room was was very good. Bed very comfortable Negative: Outside appearance. Not a place I would have picked to stay from outside.Location, neighboring property. Litter blowing around. Also seemed like family members of e manager using lobby for family sit around.

Rooms are clean. The front desk manager and his wife both are friendly. Break fast was nice. Over all good experience.

Worst hotel experience have ever had. #1 the bathroom door wouldn't shut, the plug ins didn't work at all and they charged my card double. The room was 123.93 the 1st transaction they took off my card was for 223.93 and then about an hour later they took out another 123.93 I have tried calling them multiple time to get to the bottom of why they took over $300. If I don't get an answer by Monday I will be calling my bank to get my money back

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any one. My family and I  got sick from room 118. Seems to be moldy or moist in the air.  When we arrived the whole place smelt funky.  The pool  was awful, not sure if they clean it or not?  We found dirt in the pool and random hairs.  we had to ask for pool towels because they didn't have any in the pool area.   ••We didn't find no bugs thank god!The beds/ bedding were ok, carpets were old but fairly cleaned. We had no problems with our TV or heat/ air conditioning.   ••Breakfast was very disappointing. Waffles, cold cereal, biscuits & gravy, fresh fruit, yogurt. Biscuits were hard, gravy was stale and just didn't look edible. Front desk  and lobby was not so welcoming. However, The lady at the front was easy to talk with and answered all the questions we had with no problem.   ••This place does REQUIRE a deposit at check in.   Place is nonrefundable. FYI,  Make sure you have extra $100 for a deposit.(at check out we did receive our money back) we paid with cash.    ••Front desk did have personal hygiene products to offer which was nice. Respectfully we won't be coming back and probably by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at.
