Super 8 by Wyndham Sioux Falls/41st Street

Very clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly, polite staff, I had a late check-in. Easy access off the Interstate, very good, 24 hour, family style restaurant one business away. The little coffee maker in my room did not work but I was able to get coffee downstairs.

Tough times my friend got me a hotel out of a pure heart soul i see now anyway this place isn’t the best I don’t want to stereotype anybody but it was an Indian guy from India decent#1. First told us we had to park on the far end of the parking lot and we did in confusion just moving on foward. Anyway later night on had to go back down stairs bc the room key wasn’t working. There’s Caucasian white person at front desk ,oh ok . Then Later charged my friends card extra . I went to go finish a water bottle outside came back in the same moment just got finished with messaging her on making a dispute. Saw to guys working on the computer front desk Caucasian guy seemed confused Walking to room 213 was about to reach the elevator and I heard big Indian man from India #2 say “We don’t need it anyway” charging our card like as if we had money to waste all sassy n poop. I can make a little dispute guy that’s ok try taking this review away from others .

Breakfast bar was good. Location has plenty around nearby there's a gas station next to it. So you don't have to drive if you don't want too. There was no fridge or microwave in the room.

Clean all around. Day clerk is amazing, husband has to come for chemo every other week. If can't get next to hospital he truly gives me a FANTASTIC PRICE, for a room.

Comfy beds which is normally my biggest complaint with hotels… hair in one of the beds so they either aren’t changing sheets or it was left behind by cleaning services. Floors were pretty dirty (crumbs and stuff) however good for the price.

It was nothing exceptional. Clean and comfortable. It was in our price range. They did add on a $50 charge for incidentals that we were told we would get back afterwards. We did experience some buffering while watching TV. There were 2 hotels right next door. Also a gas station and family restaurants next door. Across a busy street was Panda Express and a Chick-fil-a.

I was happy to get in a little earlier, however, since I paid cash, I NEVER received my $50.00 deposit when checking out. The room was cleared by front guy, but somehow couldn't find my deposit. Very 😡

When we first walked into our room you could smell the damp, and the carpet felt damp. The wall above the air conditioner with the crack was rotting out and you could push into it. I'm not 100% certain there was mold on the lamp shade but with a one year old baby we were not going to stay in the room to find out. There was also a newer lampshade that did not have the markings. The staff did move us to a new room immediately, no questions asked and it was a little better. This is the first time we've ever had to ask a hotel to change rooms, not a routine thing for us. These issues are also not something that happens overnight, it takes a while of neglect.
