★★★★★I arrived very tired and ready to be comforted by a warm welcome and Mahendra did just that. He was pleasant, offered a warm welcome and helpful information before I departed for my room. Customer service goes a long way in hospitality, so THANK YOU Mahendra for making me feel taken care of!

NillWe have stayed the last three years while we see family over the holiday. This stay was ok. The hot tub is gone. We didn't see any roaches, but did have japanese beetles in the room and a moth. Watch for a small charge after the original charge. Mine was $0.91. If you book through their website, the estimated tax/fees is wrong so you will see an extra transaction for the difference. They also place a $46 hold on your card that will come off in 3-4 days after you check out.

NillAndrew (front desk) was excellent during my late night check in as I had my keys in less than 2 minutes which is a record! Originally I booked a king one bedroom suite, but that room type has NO air conditioning vents in bedroom area - just a small fan built into wall that didn't work. As soon as I walked in, it was evident there was poor circulation as the entire suite smelled like cheese and body odor. This is a terrible design as it must be insufferable during the summer months. Thankfully Andrew understood and was able to swiftly move us to a queen studio (as there are no king studios at this hotel). This was much better as there was no stench in the room & the air circulation was perfect. There is only one mirror in the entire suite (in the bathroom) which is awful for getting everyone together - hopefully they install some on the closet doors or in the entry way. Breakfast was typical for this chain, but could use a little more variety. Overall, this hotel was decent.

Nill*ALL I CAN SAY IS BEWARE & this is a long review, but you need to read it!* We stayed in room 225 at this hotel on 10/10/24. The a/c for a suite is not ideal with the little fan built into the wall that makes a lot of noise but doesn't move much air. It looked like some repairs/updates had been made, but the chair in the main area was pretty gross & it really needs to be replaced. Whoever installed the faucet in the bathroom needs to be fired. The water runs so close to the edge of the sink that you can't even get your hands under the water to wash them. We were willing to overlook these issues, but NOT THE COCKROACHES! The morning of 10/11/24, we saw something move in the kitchen area & low & behold there were cockroaches (I looked the room over upon check in & did not see anything). We could not wait to get out of there. We reported this to the front desk clerk & showed him a photo. We got a "I am so sorry about that & thank you for making us aware of this" which did not make us feel any better after sleeping in there & we were hoping we didn't take anything into our vehicle or home with us. Due to the nonchalant response, we reached out to Marriott & also completed the email survey that we received. We received an email 4 days later asking for the photo so we sent the photo & got a response back saying "ew" & that they would be back to us the end of that day. It is now over a week later & we have never heard back from her. We received an email from a Marriott Care Team person (a week after this experience) & let them know this as well. What did we get for all of this - 5,000 Marriott reward points (& almost 2 weeks after this whole nightmare).... I don't know what would have made this right or what we were expecting, but 5,000 Marriott reward points was NOT IT! So, beware if you choose to stay at this hotel!!

NillStaff was rude and short at check-in. No recognition of lifetime elite status or any additional points. Room. had no ac vents in bedroom area only a small fan built into wall. The fan was dirty/ disgusting with black and brown mold growing on it (see pictures). It was late checking in or I definately would have left. I reserved the room for $79 a night and at checkout next day was charged $110. I was told management was no longer honoring the cheaper rate. I complained about the mold growing on the fan and how their were no ac vents in bedroom area of suite. Kid at counter wouldn't even look at the pictures I took or go see the room with me. He was rude and denied the room being dirty with put seeing pics or going to room. Toilet area and shower grout had black mold on them too but again he refused to look at it. Management was rude and unprofessional. By far the worst Marriott experience for a lifetime elite member ever.

★This hotel is disgusting. I’m a Marriott Silver member, Gold after this trip. Before even arriving the staff were rude on messaging - then once I arrived the agent was literally watching tv on an iPad, and made no mention of the fact I had requested two Queen beds, was told they were available but they’d have to charge me for the change. ||Instead I slept on the pull out bed as I was traveling with family which was an absolutely horrible mattress with stains, not put together, and there were holes in the couch. ||Room was disgusting with lots of hair, built up dirt, and clearly the hotel used to be a dilapidated motel 6 that’s now half way branded as a Marriott. ||Breakfast was disgusting and sitting there for 25 minutes no breakfast attendant ever came in or said hello. ||At checkout I was hoping for a better experience - instead Ron acted as if I was a huge inconvenience to him, wouldn’t talk or greet at all, and was beyond rude. My family asked if I’d somehow offended him, I said I’ve never talked to him! ||Beware of this hotel - I’m calling Marriott customer care at the end of this trip but wanted to immediately put a review out.

NillThe layout of the room was spacious and i loved the big bright windows, but kitchen was outdated. The tool they left us to clean dishes was disgusting. Not sure why they don't supply rooms with fresh sanitary sponges. Staff was friendly though and this suite is better than most of the other hotels in area. They have a cute patio with a firepit too.

NillCertainly not the ritz, but the place was comfortable, and priced well. The Tesla charging stations were a welcome surprise. The staff was outstanding. Ted, the night auditor was friendly and helpful. Bennell at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and she made an excellent concierge, as well. If I owned a hotel, I would pay her top dollar to work there! Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations.
