The floors were still dirty. Doors were all different patched colors and dirty. Beds were very hard. Also, they say hot breakfast, but there is no hot breakfast in sight. Only toast. But waking up in the morning, we found our door not wanting to close anymore. Like the handle would just turn but not close. We had did late check out but we were unsure since our door wouldn't close anymore. We let the front know & Nick was very understanding, he told us maintenance was on his way in, but since we were in a rush to get to UTA's morning commencement, we went ahead checked out. Nick refunded the late check out and we were on our way.

Now the hotel is the cheapest in the area and yes they need to do some major upgrades. The men that work the front desk at night can be a little dismissive and mean but are helpful. There was a lady a older woman who might be the momma at the front desk who scolded me for pouring water into the trash can after rinsing my cup out. she yelled at me! I was confused because they didn't have a sink to properly discard the water. What if somebody has cereal and has milk left over what do they do put it in the trash. Duh! Now there was a young lady st the front desk by the name of Gulli. Honestly Gullib was the most helpful and a sweet person. Gulli made sure that everything was OK and we were helped Gulli made it feel like home. The room was good value. Rent at your own risk.

Honest review: I rented a room. The room was fair, had 1 shampoo and conditioner, and soap (dove brand). I only used it for sleeping because my partner and I spent most of the time out. The breakfast is just some toast you can do with jelly, coffee, muffins, cereal, and only orange juice. Tea (that is it) No waffles, no butter, no cream cheese, no bagels. The swimming pool was decent. Nothing extraordinary. As I said, if you want something fancier, don't come to this one. It just provides you with the basic needs. Just be aware of the people around because one asked us for money. Also, they didn't take any deposit from us.

Great price. Stayed multiple times but Will prolly never stay again. Was traveling from Dallas back home to San Antonio but decided to stay in Austin for night to go out with friends. Room was infected with roaches. I checked in around 6:30 to 7:30. Unloaded. Everything looked good besides a disagreement outside my door while I was unloading and settling in before I was going to run some errands and get dinner. Was near stairs so a lot of traffic. Returned to room around 9:30 so i could get ready to go out for the night. While I was relaxing in bed I felt something crawl on me and hit it off. It was a roach. Showered and while showering spoted another roach on wall, one by toilet. Plus another two in the sink area and by enter door. I showed up before evening so everything looked good. But at night spotted about 6 different roaches since the are nocturnal. Immediately got dressed. Pack my stuff and went to the front desk to advise I was checking out. Guy was like nothing I can do bc it had been more than 15 mins and I used the room. Well roaches were not amenities I wanted was going to pay for. Then he called some one and was like we can move you but you need to leave your drivers license etc. I was like I’m not staying here if roaches in one room roaches in entire building. I even showed him pics and acted like it was okay and my fault since I started using the room. I ended up leaving and driving back home instead back to San Antonio. Horrible service. Already wrote corporate and will be speaking with my cc company.

Listen to the reviews and do not stay here. Hotel was run down and the room was disgusting. There were homeless people asleep in the parking lot as we pulled in. We left about 10 minutes after entering the room. We didn’t even feel comfortable bringing our bags into the room. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful however there were stains on every surface, bugs, and the door to the room did not close all the way. No lamp shades on lamps, blood looking stains on the wall and the paint was peeling off the wall. Toilet seat was broken and it smelled like roaches. I did not feel safe and was concerned my car would be broken into. Stay anywhere else but here!

I had a fantastic stay!! The room and surroundings were very clean and good looking. The staff were incredibly helpful especially front desk girl gulli she was amazing and Her hosting was too good. I highly recommended this motel for your next stay.

Huge thanks to ⭐Carolina ⭐from the breakfast department for preparing a wonderful breakfast for our team! Her service was warm and attentive, with fresh and delicious food beautifully presented. Carolina's professional attitude and careful attention left an impression on all of us. We truly appreciate her hard work that gave us such a positive start to our day! We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next business trip.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I want to especially thank Gulli at the front desk, she was so kind and helpful! She answered all my questions with a smile and made check-in super easy. She really made me feel welcome. I will definitely stay here again!
