This place is a bit of a mixed bag, but not a bad one—more like the kind of bag you get on clearance: not perfect, but still does the job. Let’s start with the good: The bed was actually pretty comfortable, which is half the battle at any hotel. I slept well, no complaints there. The AC situation was a little rocky—it shut off while I was out during the day, so I came back to a warm, stuffy room. Kind of smelled like a suitcase that’s been in the attic too long. BUT—I’ll give them credit. I let the front desk know, and they fixed it right away. Might’ve just been a tripped breaker. Once they reset it from the office, it stayed working fine the rest of the trip. Service here is top-notch. Seriously—every time something went wrong (dead room key, AC, etc.), someone was there to fix it within minutes. The staff is friendly, fast, and genuinely helpful. I’d give them 4 stars just for that alone. Now… about that breakfast. It needs help. Two slices of toast, make-your-own waffles, a couple of cereals, and milk straight from the gallon jug. No fruit, no eggs, nothing hot or filling unless you count sadness. Definitely could use a little upgrade. Furniture and room condition? Think “well-used starter apartment.” Nothing fancy, and it’s time for some updates. A new coat of paint would do wonders, and maybe throw in a microwave that actually has the turntable inside—wild idea, I know. The pool was out of commission due to permit issues with the city, which was a bummer, especially in the Texas heat. All in all, for the price, it’s not bad. You’re not paying luxury rates, so I didn’t expect luxury accommodations. If they beefed up the breakfast and gave the rooms a little refresh, I could easily see this place becoming a solid 3.5 or even 4-star spot. For now, I’m giving it a 3 out of 5—mostly for the great service and comfy bed.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: Everything. It's a dump. Literally a roach motel, as I saw one as soon as I arrived. Room not as pictured on the web, plus lots of chipped paint. One thin blanket and cheap pillows on uncomfortable bed. WiFi did not work.I feekl ripped off.

Very disappointing for the price. I paid $350 / night at F1 GP weekend and it was a $60 experience at best. Hotel is shabby, rooms are very basic, smell of cleaning products - I had to change my room and put up with the second, room furniture is unfinished - particle board edges around all furniture. Headboard screwed to the wall, one pillow per person and so on…

Tl;DR: stay elsewhere.||The place is run down and dirty, and the hotel room description has no correlation with reality. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that there was a desk but no chair, and asked for one, which they brought. I then checked the room more carefully and noted multiple discrepancies with my reservation, which stated "Room Details: Free high-speed WiFi, free continental breakfast, mini-refrigerator, microwave, inroom temperature control, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, HDTV, bathroom amenities, alarm clock, desk with lamp, iron, ironing board". There was no coffee/tea maker, no hair dryer, no iron, no alarm clock. A microwave was present, but was not usable because the glass plate was missing. There was also no luggage rack. I pointed out these deficiencies to the man at the front desk, who indicated that over the years all the missing amenities had been reportedly stolen by guests and not replaced (sic). He indicated he would bring me the missing items, however he never did, despite a call two hours later to remind him (he said that he was too busy).||The room was reasonably spacious, but very basic and dated.||The fitted bed sheet had a hole in it, and there was some hair. Underneath, the mattress pad was badly stained. The bed was otherwise reasonably comfortable.||Bathroom with everything in working order and good water pressure in the shower.||The wifi required re-entering the password every couple of hours, on a white-on-white sign-in page.||Easy parking.||Breakfast was included, however I thought it best to skip it.||Not only this place is grossly overpriced for what you get, but the room description is deliberately deceptive, as they have no intention of providing the amenities they describe.

This hotel although in the pictures looks very spectacular, isn't quite so. The king room couldn't be any smaller. Included is a mini fridge that doesn't work. The cord did not reach an outlet. The hair dryer completely broken and TV antenna picked up only a few channels. The mini coffee pot included a moldy coffee filter. (gross) The air conditioning filters were filthy. We had to wash them out ourselves. Breakfast included stale cereal and a out of order waffle machine. My girlfriend and I would never stay here again.

Fairly awful place. We stayed for the Formula 1 race. It’s about 30 mins from COTA. It’s very old and tired. Staff were friendly but the rooms are dark, door locks barely work, bedroom doors covered in damage from folk trying to get in. Lights sometimes worked. There is not shower gel - just a bar of mini soap. The breakfast isn’t great - although they were very pleased with their new Texas waffle maker (and my friends liked it). It would a *strong* avoid for me.

Positive: Nothing! It was a roach motel Negative: Roaches in the bathtub, blood on the walls, blankets, sheets dirty and stained, still there from previous people! No refund!

Positive: Nothing...worst hotel stay of my life. Negative: This hotel was disgusting and infested with roaches. For $---- I expected a nicer place
