★This is the worst place ever! Do NOT stay here. Pictures are deceiving. Dirty!! Smells!! Have ugly torn couches! We stayed a hour tried to get our money back and would not refund. We moved rooms 3 times still not okay. Not family friendly. Kids up all nitght with music. Not relaxing. Negative 3 stars. Waring not good. And then they make you pay for parking and deposit of 100.00. We didnt even get the free breakfast, What a place in hell!! Wish I would have stayed at Embassy Suites!! Warning we were mortified !! . No resturant and no spa!!

★Wow, this hotel is right on the beach. Go somewhere else, it is terrible and dirty. We paid $180 for this room, yes too much but, it's on the beach. $100 deposit, refundable after they check the room (7 days later if you pay by credit card.) and was charged $10 for parking which should be free for hotel guests. After you check in there is nowhere to park because their lot is shared with the public for the beach. They also pay $10. The elevators were very dirty, never swept out or mopped. The room is very outdated. You can tell at one time it was nice. However, the floor was dirty, we had to wear socks the whole time especially after a shower. The floor is not mopped or even swept, very filthy. The bathroom didn't look too bad, but don't look up to see the black mold on the ceiling. Behind the sink facet looks like it has never been cleaned. Looks like they are trying to grow potatoes. Thick dirt. The only thing clean in this room were the sheets on the bed. My husband took our dog out in the night and took the stairs down, there was puke at the bottom of the stairs. It was not fresh, it had been there for awhile. Breakfast was toast, muffins and coffee. That's it. You would expect after paying this kind of money you would have a little more. This hotel should be paying me to stay there. I did take pictures.

NillWhere to start...I travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotels. I didn't have high expectations of this hotel, but it actually fell even short of those. THE HOTEL: Only 1 elevator worked which takes 20 minutes to go up and come back down. I tried to bypass this by using the stairs, but the stairwell was disgusting and at the bottom somebody had thrown up several days to a week earlier and it was never cleaned. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority here. THE ROOM: The floor in the entire room was extremely sticky. AC would not turn off at all. Door to the balcony was broken and seeing that they gave me the room right next to the road, the sleep was terrible. Would not recommend

NillLocation is great but the hotel was not! The hotel was full due to Spring Break. Only one elevator was working so it took forever to get on. The room was dirty and mold was on the a/c vent and window. The 5th floor reeked of mold & mildew. Other guests were complaining as well and said the other floors did not have that smell. Called front desk to ask if they could put us on a different floor. The man on the phone said yes and told me to go to the front desk. Once I got there a different man said that he would not move us to another room because all of the floors had that smell due to the stairwell being used more frequently due to the elevator being down and it was the air coming from there. The smell is clearly from mold and mildew not air coming from the stairwell. We checked in at 4 pm and this was at 6pm. Asked for a refund and was told that we would only get 20% back. It would really be a great place to stay if they did a major upgrade!

NillI booked this hotel at the last minute and, in hindsight, should have done more research. The biggest selling point was the cabana suite, which provided direct access from our room straight onto the beach—something I didn’t see at any other hotel in the area. The distant beach view was incredible. However, the room itself felt more like a basic motel. The hot water didn’t work, and the so-called continental breakfast was just coffee and bread with butter and jelly. If direct beach access isn’t your top priority, I’d highly recommend looking at other hotels nearby. For the price you pay here, you might as well spend an extra $10–$20 for a much better overall experience.

NillI would rate this place a 0 star if I could. as soon as you walk in from the $10 parking you have to pay and share with the public you’ll notice the broken revolving doors and long wait times for the elevators so catch it while you can! Employees are also using the ONE elevator to move towels and cleaning supplies leaving no room for guest to squeeze in you’d think they would be polite and let you go first or move over. Once we entered the room we quickly notice the TV and telephone not working when we called through our personal phones to inform them nobody answered. When we entered the restroom the shower still had another guest hair including stains from god knows where🤢 once we returned the following day we notice nobody came in to clean our rooms or restock on towels/toilet paper. When we addressed this issue they asked ME to walk down and once I arrived at desk I was told they are out of towels and someone will come up within 10 minutes with fresh ones (nobody showed up) if you don’t mind horrible service, mold covering up the windows, and stained towels this spot is great for you.

NillI booked my reservation through reservationdesk.com. My confirmation receipt it has a Holliday Inn Express Logo on it. When I checked in to the Holliday IHG the front desk was telling me that the reservation number was way long. So she called the next hotel with has same address which is Emerald Hotel. I didn't book this place. Since I already booked online and it is too late to get my refund back so I took this crappy Hotel. We got there the receptionist has a heavy accent and I can't understand him and asking me a $100 dollar deposit. He said to us that it will be returned my money after we check out. Let's say if they are true to their words. I don't want to assume that this is another scam. This hotel has only 1 small elevator working. I booked 2 queen beds but unfortunately, They gave me 2 full size of beds. Their complimentary breakfast was NOT good. They have only 1 OLD toaster bread machine working. I can tell the people were not happy to wait that long to toast their bread. The hotel did not even bother to buy to get a new toaster machine . They serves bread, butter , coffee and very small size of fresh apples. We checked out the pool, it is dirty and I don't think they clean it every night. The hot tub was dirty also. Beware booking on the third party websites because they scam me.

NillLocation was the only great thing. The hotel itself is outdated and dirty. Seems like they don't care to maintain it. We were in the 7th floor and they only had one working elevator. Housekeeping never came during the 3 days we were there. Had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was bad, just coffee, toast, bagels, and muffins with butter and cream cheese. When out of the coffee and sugar, I had to let the front desk know instead if them being attentive to the matter, and see what else needed to be replenished and this was just around 8 am.
