Hotel De Ville Corpus Christi, TX

Nice little Hotel overlooking the waves and Beach Walk, the rooms are remodeled and look very modern. We stayed 3 days longer than planned and watched them finish up the pool installation, The new owners have put the time and money to make this a great place to stay. Lots of great dinning within walking distance, if you like Palm trees, you will love it there.

It is a cute cheap hotel really close to the water. They have been remodeling rooms and getting nicer every time I visit. The staff is always helpful and always trying to get me the best price. It was better than the hotel booker thing I tried to use. It's always clean never seen any bugs

This was a great place to stay! We stayed for 5 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, easy access to the beach and nice to have parking under the building. Only complaint is they could use a breakfast option and maybe coffee/tea in the mornings.

It’s okay. Clean enough room. Grounds are filthy. Cigarette butts, trash cans overflowing. Dirty. Don’t spend the extra money for a “sea view” room. Basically have to look around both sides of a bar that is on the beach to see the bay. Plus, the band is so loud from the bar that it disturbs your sleep. Do not be lulled into thinking this property is actually on the beach. It isn’t. Some properties really slack off on grounds maintenance when they view themselves as a “beach” property. Just another way to cut corners and maximize profits—for the short term.

Positive: How close it was to the beach and downtown area. Negative: The outside was not up to date. There was painting going on and was loud but not too bad to deal with. The restrooms and room was clean. The air conditioner worked great.

Nothing good to say. Waste of money booked for 2 days left after one day. Had better experiences at a motel 6. Room advertised for the price was not anything like the picture so asked for a different room more like the one In the picture and the employee seemed bothered. Also it was an up charge for that room which was both worth the original 160 dollar price

Positive: Staff was super nice. Room was spotless and nicely remodelled Negative: Major construction on highway in front of hotel Loud beeping noise from trackers started at 4am.

beware absolutely worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. Motel 6 was better especially for the price. Employees were not helpful and was bothered when I was wanting to change room due to false pictures attached to the room I selected so wanted to switch to the one I wanted and that was an extra 60 bucks. Water was cold for shower and sink. Mini fridge was frozen over so never worked.
