Relax Inn

The rooms are very disgusting they are infested with roaches and look like they haven’t been clean in a while. Air conditioning did not work in my room and when I went to tel the “manager” about the roaches and ac he said we couldn’t get a refund because we paid an hour ago and we also could not change rooms, so his solution for the room being hot he brought us a cheap box fan that had a thick layer of dust and dirt. Staff was rude after bringing attention to them about the roaches and AC. They woke us up and asked if we were checking out yet 2 hours before check. If you are need of a last minute I’d honestly to prefer to sleep in your own car if nothing else if available. The hotel right next to which is the days inn is a better option and offer rooms at around the same price.

This place is horrible they had roches and while my daughter was asleep their was one on top of her. Luckily I was awake to see it and took it off my daughter I asked for part of my refund to get another room and the manager was very rude about it and told me she couldn't do nothing. .. And while me and my husband where packing and putting our stuff in our truck the lady that cleans just re did the bed didn't even take the old sheets to put new ones . Good thing I took my own sheets . First and last time I'll be staying here...

We were passing through town and were exhausted and needed to get some rest from our trip. The room was outdated, in need of a paint job and some sprucing up. Unlike the name, we were far from relaxed. Needless to say we checked out first thing this morning!

Real quiet and peaceful swimming pool was great really nice front desk worker, house keeper friendly.Owner was also so friendly. Good price for a quick get away from home. I didn't have NO ISSUES. 👍

We're expecting to have problems finding a room without reservations on Labor Day. Most rooms were $300 a night plus you had to book for two nights. but this place rented us a room for one night, for $100.00. They could have asked a hundred and fifty and we would have stayed. but they didn't gouge and the room was very clean and the bed was a king size with all the amenities and a nice pool.

Only got 1 star because there wasn't a negative zero. I will NEVER stay at a Relax Inn anywhere ever. We were there about an hour before we left and drove through the night to get home. See my daughter's description of her room below. $231.70 for 2 rooms for an hour. We would have left sooner, but part of my group were gone getting Whataburgers. The rooms were roach infested, burn holes in the bedspread, linens nasty, holes in the wall, if phone plugged in it kept ringing, and electrician's nightmare on the open and obviously inadequate exposed wiring. Back to the manager to request a refund and he refused. I pushed, but he said he couldn't refund. I know how to work a credit card machine and offered to show him, but he lapsed into his original language and again refused. This was an awful and expensive experience.

Stayed here with my boyfriend. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! There were those tiny roaches everywhere, the a/c was horrible, the locks on the doors to the rooms do not work, barely any water pressure in the showers, it was overpriced and no where near worth it... We were in the shower and ended up being 20 minutes late for check out. While we were getting out of the shower, the manager walked into our room and started taking our things out and threatened to call the police if we didn’t hurry up and leave... I would have understood this kind of behavior towards annoying, belligerent, drunk and disrespectful teenagers but we were kind, quiet, clean and sober our whole stay... The management and staff were very rude and unprofessional... DO NOT STAY HERE! Even if it’s the last place in Corpus. You’re better off sleeping in your car

This place is horrid ,only rated 1 because it won't let me rate it 0... we needed a place to stop on our drive home it was the only place with enough room for us , they have roaches hole in the walls holes in the sheets and a 1 inch gap in the door those things I could have lived with once I pulled the sheets back there was no sleeping what so ever there were skid marks on the bottom sheet pulled it back to find a pile of sand and dirt on what looked like a cloth pee pad and it looked as if some one had used the mattress as a toilet numerous times. When we requested a refund 1 hr after check in we were denied not even offered a partial refund , we decided to drive through the night home with my mother and children instead of risking subjecting them to conditions like this again
