Stayed two days for spring break vacation, clean comfortable rooms a nice swimming pool and an early Hot breakfast with a variety of choices .my favorite was the Texas shaped waffles! Helpful and courteous staff !

Everything was good until I just saw my bank statement. I’m a member and get rewards for staying at some hotels. I stayed 10 days here and had a 35% discount and my total was $498. To my surprise today. They charged me $708. Every time I called to speak to manager. They say that the manager will give me a call. No one ever does. I don’t plan to stay here again.

I want to say the lady that works for the breakfast department her name is Priscilla she's very kind she is a very nice lady and she keeps the breakfast room clean she makes sure we have our bacon our eggs are hot coffee she's really sweet I would recommend for everyone to come to this Motel Comfort Suites Central 538 South Padre Island. She was very nice to us. Thank you...my name is Estella alderette This week we stayed in room 315.. also the lady working on 3rd floor Wednesday the 12th was very nice to.

If I could give zero stars I would! The front desk staff “Adrianna” was completely rude! This location has immature children running it. Adrianna Canceled my reservation at 10 pm, then for no legitimate reason and denied my request to speak to a manager or higher up.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! The only issue was a random occurrence where ants overtook my sister's car! The management were very proactive helping mitigate that. Unfortunately there are still random ants in the car 2 weeks later. Freak of nature!! Wonderful service, greatly appreciated.

Water pressure could be better but overall a great experience. The location is convenient to just about everything, on-site laundry is convenient as well and breakfast is decent. No issues with multiple long-term (2-3 weeks at a time) stays when in town for business.

On Sunday 02/02/25 I checked out of the Hotel and forgot my JBL Charge 5 Teal colored speaker. I called just a few hours later to ask if the Housekeepers turned it in. I know for a fact I left it on the night stand in the room. I called countless times trying to get information on it, spoke with the Manager, General Manager, and the Head Housekeeper, and no one was able to give me information. The General Manager say they will call with an update and never called. I am disappointed in my stay at this location. It’s unfortunate that it wasn’t turned it.

This hotel is the worst to sleep in, my diabetic son and I got bitten up by bed bugs after just moving from Out of state!! I got very sick and couldn’t work.we had to get blood work, I filled for law suits but got denied. They’re very rude people when I told them about the situation and didn’t care any less about my sons and I health. The denied any settlement or compensation. Don’t stay here…
