★Completely disappointed with my stay at this property. The elevator was inoperable for two out of three days. The bathroom area had an alarming amount of rust. I would definitely get your tetanus boosters before I stay if you choose. The towel holder fell apart, and the wall bracket landed on the top of my foot leaving a serious bruise. The kitchen area while clean had issues. The microwave was inoperable. I’ve stayed at other locations, which had the tools needed to take advantage of the cooktop and have meals. There were no such items in the kitchen area. I can’t believe that IHG would allow to operate under one of its brands.

★★★★★We booked here because our original hotel cancelled and without notification. We will be staying in the future. A lot cleaner than what I came in the past. Great front desk staff. Jessica was very helpful through our stay.

★★★So the bedding appeared new as it was very white, fresh and clean which is my #1…. There is a huge work area and a desk, which seems like it would be nice for a business trip….. The room was clean overall , but made the mistake of stepping on the carpet with bare feet and it freaked me out because it felt kind of sticky so fortunately I brought travel slippers. My only other main issue was the towels. Our room had maybe like three or four washcloths and either we received no bath towels or their idea of a bath towel is like the size of a hand towel and when I went down to the desk to ask them about this, ( the lady working who also checked me in was really super sweet fyi ) told me that management was funny about the towels and she didn’t have access ( this was around 7pm) but they could give me pool towels so yay -I could now actually wrap a towel around my head but - they still of sucked….so just FYI I would probably bring my own towels because these just don’t cut it. I’m guessing at this price point they are used to patrons stealing the towels so they provide the cheapest ones they can find. Idk that whole towel thing would have really annoyed me if I was taking a shower to go into an office….just saying…oh! And the elevator decided to go out of order at checkout time.

★★★I guess it's true what they say, you get what you pay for. For as much of a value as my stay was on short notice at this hotel, the experience left much to be desired. The elevator was not working - and I was informed that my room would be on the third floor. No thank you. Second, when I entered my room, the remote was nowhere to be found. I had to go back to the front desk to get a new remote. The laminate flooring was sticky and there was small trash on the floor. I'm not sure WHEN the last time the room was really cleaned. Also, the provided shampoo and body wash dispensers were nearly empty - and hadn't been refilled. Finally, the shower's water pressure was very poor - and I was on the FIRST floor. Now the good news. No doubt, it was an affordable price to stay at this hotel on short notice... and the bed and pillows were comfortable. BEST of all, the room was already at a comfortable temperature upon entering it.

★★★★★Outstanding service! New management is making tons of changes and upgrades! Definitely my go to when in CC. Close to everything I need to get to without dealing with traffic. Clean and they now have fresh baked cookies!! My new perk when checking in.

NillWe stayed in a suite. The price was great and the people at the desk were very friendly. There is only an air conditioner in the living area of the two rooms so I would not want to stay there in the summer time. They have a fan through the wall but it didn't work and they had a floor standing oscillating fan. It keep my kind of cool but it was in November. The bathroom didn't have a vent or a lock on the door. The worse thing happened though on our final night. There were mice in the living area where my daughter was sleeping on the couch. She was scared and spent from 5am to 7am in the bathroom with the light on.

NillI got a little red stain on the pillow and towel from my hair being previously dyed, and they charged me $70. I told them it comes out with one wash. They said I had to pay for the extra cleaning and the replacement of the one towel and one pillow case... $70... wow... I've never had a hotel charge me for the discoloration of a towel or pillow case. That is normal wear for a hotel. If I damaged something, then yes, I understand taking the money. But this is just ridiculous.. DO NOT STAY HERE......

NillCame here to celebrate our love & my birthday on New Year's. We ended up moving rooms the first night because of the mold giving us head aches. The next room was not much better with lil to no water pressure & a bathtub that was so rusted that the flakes joined you in the shower. Getting all over your feet. The next day they showed us 3 more rooms to possibly move into but all were worse than the last. They promised they would reimburse us 35000 points & we would get our money back for the night's not stayed. Instead they took 35000 points & charged the whole amount & a fee for early departure. DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!!!! They will just say whatever it takes to get you out of the hotel
