Room with two beds -130 bucks and it ain’t that bad since we were looking for a good hour so. Would I recommend yes. It’s spacious room and it gives off old motel that never aged out of the 80-90 idk when this place started. It has that murky smell when you enter a place that didn’t have good ventilation. But just use the AC put it on 65 and it should take away with smell. I just say I lucked out compared to other reviews with not finding a cockroach or a mess in the room. 🤷‍♀️

This is my first time writing a review. I felt the need to WARN people, hopefully help them get a better motel. The outlet in my picture ELECTROCUTED me when I tried to plug my phone in, which before that, we had to search for any plugs. Sure, any plug can shock you. But mold being in our pillows? Inexcusable. The smell will HIT you when you walk in, worse when you lay down. It smells horrible, mildew and moldy. The pool, don’t even get me started. Unkept, dirty with CLOTHES in it. Missing the top lock, curtains barely clinging to the track. Weird stains around the bed and such, probably from nicotine. The staff? No, the MAN. He’s the only one Ive seen working, he takes forever to come to the desk if you need help and is extremely rude. He stared at my chest when I spoke, then ignored my question until I asked again. He finally answered. (Just asking about ice.) The walls are extremely thin, I could hear the couple next door going three rounds. Good for them, but I was trying to sleep. Dim lighting, one switch turns the power off to the entire room, big light didn’t work. The shower was disgusting, hair being in it and only provided three towels for a two bed room, the shower head was broken. There are only two upsides, there is a LOT of room to place your belongings and whatnot, and the beds were comfortable albeit disgusting. Most of the plugs didn’t even work.

I stayed here for the weekend thinking it was the Motel 6 next door, didn’t realize it’s 2 separate motels. This was a good budget motel. The room was a little musty but overall ok. The cleanliness isn’t perfect but it’s better than most budget rooms. I would stay again if in town, especially for 90 a night.

It is quiet it's not your high class motel but if u are on a budget it's great very nice people that run it/own it never have a problem and the rooms smell good when u walk in ac/heater works excellent the rooms are clean beds are clean with no stains on blanket or sheets or pillow cases love it

This is a budget motel that doesn't know its budget. My room is large and clean. No fake chemical clean it's clean. The grounds are spotless even though the place is older its been well kept. Quiet ... the property is such that there's no foot traffic no one loitering or snooping. That's important to me. The bed is a pillow top I think and very comfortable, air conditioner will chill you regardless of 100 + outside. I am only here a week for work really happy to have found this spot 4 miles from the beach

Checked in due to driving on a long trip and IMMEDIATELY checked out. Funny smell and dead bolt lock was already broken. Place was sketchy and I left within 10mins. I didn't even want my money back I wanted to leave! MOTEL 6 is next door!!! Go there

Very dissatisfied after my stay here. The whole place is kind of sketchy. From the moment I walked into the main office the attendant was rude, lacking in customer service skills. He asked for my documents and ID, then instead of giving them back to me nicely he would drop them on the counter instead. When we went up to our room, the smell was disturbing. It smelled really humid and musty, it was gross. Cleanliness could have been much better, I found trash from the previous people that stayed there. Lighting was really dim also. The only reason we stayed the night was because it was too late to look for somewhere else.

We usually stay at Hotel 6 because they are usually very clean and cheap, but there were no vacancies to be had in the area and it was late. We got to this place about 10:00 pm, but the outside door to the office was locked. A man with a large pit bull walked past the other woman (who was first in line), and me. He came around to a very small side window and conducted the business from there. The other woman asked about prices and walked off. I got a room while the dog jumped and barked. We had to repeat ourselves several times. I got the keycard and we went to the room. There were literally dozens of empty beer bottles all over the sidewalk and stairs to the room. Five gallon buckets filled with sand were used as ashtrays. We were prepared for a dump for a room, but were very happily surprised. Very clean and nicely furnished. The rooms were either soundproofed very well or we lucked out with noise levels, because we both slept very soundly. The next morning we left around 9:00, and none of the bottles had been picked up (or were replaced by fresh ones). The room itself was great, but if we hadn't been so tired the night before, we would have passed the place up. From the outside, it looks more like a rent by the hour place than a decent hotel.
