NillWe have stayed on and off for about a total of 2 months at the Staybridge in Denton, TX this last year. A relocation and then hit by a Tornado, the Staybridge has become a comfortable second home. The team is always so kind and willing to help if anything is needed. There have been some minor issues but management always worked with us to solve what was needed. Special thanks to Haley who has always been able to accommodate our timely needs, and the weekday morning cooking staff who are so kind and helpful always having everything ready, especially fresh coffee.

★★★★★One of the best hotels we stayed in. The manager Mr George Thomas was very friendly and welcoming. We forgot to mention that we were members of IHG and he was kind enough to add our points to the membership. Breakfast is really great compared to other hotels.

★★★★★Everything was great! I have stayed in Springhill Suites before. I was hoping that Staybridge Suites was the updated version. It was even more! The Staybridge Suites is what the Springhill Suites must have been when they were BRAND NEW. The staff was excellent! I had an accessible room on the 3rd floor. There was a chip spill right outside the elevator door. I mentioned it in passing to the front desk. The entire thing was cleaned up when I walked back in minutes later. Very impressive! It saddens me that these great reviews are so short. They seem to be so much less thought out. But in this case, that is just not true. Cleanliness, check! Service, check! Friendly staff, check! Comfortable bed, check! Safe shower, check! Quiet, check! Would I stay here again? IN A SECOND!!

★★★★★We stayed here overnight because we were moving back to Houston. The staff, room, food, and service was amazing. The room we stayed in had a little kitchen so we could have cooked ourselves but we were a bit too tired from moving. But we did make use of the earl grey tea which helped us wind down from a long day of packing. I highly recommend staying here!

★★★★★We had a fantastic stay at this property! We were traveling with an elderly parent with limited mobility to attend several events over the week on the UNT campus. The location was fantastic for this, with relatively easy access to UNT, the Denton square, restaurants, and grocery stores. I-35E is always wild in the DFW area, but the on/off ramps here were not too tricky compared to other sites we've stayed in the Denton area. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, which gave us a lot of peace of mind to help dad over being in separate rooms and a lot of space compared to adjoining rooms. Having a living area in the suite allowed him to nap during the day while we worked. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and cleaning supplies, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the workout room had ample equipment for both my husband and his dad to continue with his PT exercises. There are some amazing outside areas for gathering and relaxing, but unfortunately for us, it was too windy and cold to take advantage on this trip. The breakfast options were the best I've seen in the Denton area, with fresh fruit and vegetables and lots of healthy options each day. The breakfast room attendant did a wonderful job of keeping everything stocked and was very warm and helpful. The social hour each evening was also a nice perk and the vibe was really chill as guests watched the NCAA tourney and chatted with each other. We bought groceries and made lunches in the room, which lowered our travel budget. Overall, the property was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We forgot to pack a shower chair, but the front desk staff found one and delivered it to our room. My only minor negative is that the rear parking lot, which was very close to our room, did not have handicapped parking spaces or curb cutouts. Our father was able to navigate the step up/down with his walker with less effort than walking through the entire hotel, but someone in a wheelchair or with less mobility will want to ask for a room close to the main entrance. We will definitely stay again, especially for multi-generational trips because of all the thoughtful spaces for families to gather, relax, and enjoy each other's care and company. Truly a gem and an amazing value for everything it offers. I wish I had found it sooner! Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful stay!

NillThis was the first time that we reserved a room at Staybridge. What a wonderful experience! Our room was clean and equipped with all the amenities. Breakfast included a terrific variety of foods, and the employees were helpful and friendly. We look forward to returning soon!

★★★★Stayed at this property back in October. Shout out to Alonso & Michelle at the front desk for a wonderful customer service experience (Alonso: Thanks for getting me ice for my drinks! Really appreciated that!!) Room was ok, but could have used a deep clean & some attention from the maintenance staff (pics attached). Also, was the first Staybridge I've stayed at were I had to pay to use the washer/dryers. Every other hotel they were free to use (aside from soap/fabric softener). Aside from that, was an OK hotel.
