Positive: The staff! They were ALL so kind and helpful. We truly appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms as well. Negative: No coffee in lobby was unfortunate. And a complementary continental breakfast (coffee & muffins or danishes) would have been helpful.

Room was very clean. Everything offered was very nice. I appreciated the staff. Especially Basil at the bar. She went out of her way to make sure me and my girlfriend had a good time and had everything we needed. Truly a phenomenal bartender

Where to start!? I always used Courtyards when I travel for business, this trip was a combination of both business and pleasure. This was not only the first trip I have ever taken my twins, but it was also my son’s birthday week! When I tell you they have a strong staff, I mean that! What a group of amazing people! They had pack n plays for the babies and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my son feel special!!!! The kind words and gestures made a large impact on my son! I cannot express how grateful I am for them. They will forever have our business!!! Oh I also can’t forget how clean and well kept it is as well. Super close to Olive Garden, red lobster and Texas Roadhouse!

Room was lovely. Guest services stayed on top of cleaning my room and making sure everything was fresh. Location is good also many things to do and places to eat within a few blocks

Bear and honor are the most accommodating professionals that I’ve ever met in my travel experience. They made us feel as if we were at home. I would recommend everyone stay here. 5 stars is an understatement.

Bear and Honor have raised the absolute bar. It's over. They have set an "impossible level" bar as it relates to hospitality and customer service. After a long day of travel, I came into the courtyard expecting the same experience, a check-in and a key card. Wow, no. I felt like an old friend they hadn't seen. They were so accommodating with me, helped make me feel at home. I would move in if it was allowed just to see them daily. Thank you for your service, you have elevated the brand by being you. - tired traveler

I came in to town at 6am and exhausted. I called Kiki 3 days prior and a day before asking for a early checking and it was available to do so. Kiki is amazing and very customer service orientated. She made me feel welcome and helped so much by making my crappy flight better by working to have me a room. She deserves to be recognized and rewarded by management. Service these days can be awful but she went above and beyond with a smile on her face. The room is beautiful and very large. The nice high ceilings and large bathroom is great. This is our new place to stay when visiting our son in college! Thank you again Kiki. You have restored my faith in good people as well as outstanding service.
