Hilton Garden Inn Denton

We did a room block for my Daughter's wedding and Jessica was so helpful with the setup and answering all my questions quickly and with a smile. The hotel location was great and it was so clean. The breakfast the next morning was fresh, hot and delicious and the servers were wonderful. They were so friendly and attentive. Other than the fire alarms going off accidentally in the morning, everything was great. I would highly recommend it!

Hotel was super clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is because I had put items in the fridge and realized the next morning that it wasn't working, so I had to throw everything away 😭 I let the front desk know though, so hopefully they get it fixed 🙂 Other than that minor detail, it was a great place for the price. Bed was comfy, restroom was spacious, shower was clean and the water pressure was great, coffee was good, and ac worked really well. It was a quick overnight stay so I didn't try out the amenities, but they had a lot to offer as far as snacks, food and drinks. I'll most likely stay here again the next time I'm coming through town.

I didnt catch the name of the lady who checked me in but my goodness her customer service was 10/10. she and the other lady in the lobby chatted with me for a short while as there was no one else in the lobby and i was very late in arriving. Both were fantastic and really just started off my stay at the top of my expectations. My room was clean and comfortable in temperature when I arrived. I was able to get ice I needed from the second floor Ice machine as well as the fridge in my room being top notch in size and functionality. Will return to this location if I'm in the area again.

Me and my wife has stayed at this hotel twice because of Doctors visits. Everything there was awesome but 1 thing. We had to pay a 50 dollar deposit at check in. We have yet to get both deposits back. I think from now on We will find another hotel to go too.

We stayed in the junior suite and booked a block of rooms for our wedding the last weekend in October. The hotel was pretty easy to work with and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The late staff let us store wedding leftovers in their fridge Saturday night. We also hosted a small family reception in the bar area on Friday night. The rooms were fine, the shower pressure great, pillows are always too floppy at hotels for us though.

Despite the many fine attributes of this hotel, my stay was ruined on night two by the ridiculously loud guests in the neighboring room. It is 1:00 am and I can literally hear everything they are saying. These walls are paper thin. I’m so disappointed because I was very happy with my stay after the first night. I asked the front desk for assistance. She called up to their room to ask them to be quieter. How do I know that? Because I literally heard one of them say that the front desk called. So even though the rooms were nice, the pool clean and employees professional I wouldn’t stay here again. I feel terrible for the front desk employee. She has been up here speaking with them and following up to make sure they are quiet. There are no more rooms available or she said she would have moved me. So instead, I’ll have to crank up the AC so I don’t have to hear them. And you can bet - tomorrow morning when I wake up for my early flight - I will make all kinds of noise so I can wake their sorry a$$es. A Miserable experience for sure - one I will not repeat.

I attended a Valentine's Day Dinner and then set up was on point ( please see the pictures). The servers were polite and attentive. I enjoyed myself!

The Hilton Garden Inn provided a conference room for the Nov 5th 2024 General Election. Everything from the hotel was excellent..... a very clean facility, conference room supplies, the hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and supportive. In seven years working the polls in Denton, my best facility experience yet.
