Comfort Suites El Paso Airport

Not the worst but bathroom fan was very loud. All in all, it was a decent stay. The front desk reception in the evening seemed like he didn't care. Very nonchalant about his job. Breakfast was great, good selection. I would stay there again, I'd just make sure the bathroom fan is not loud.

Stayed in Room #407. Lots of little maintenance issues, air conditioner was unable to cool the room in December. Bathtub fixtures were loose. Elevator had difficulty and shook when going to upper floors. Lights in parking lot constantly flicker. Morning lobby clerk was very friendly. Evening staff did not answer front desk phone despite numerous call attempts to inquire about the shuttle.

Extremely poor customer service. Left us waiting in the lobby for about 15mins. Front desk agent couldn’t care less about her job or helping people have a pleasant experience. From the moment you walk in you can feel the negativity. Booked through Expedia and would GENUINELY never come here again.

I will never again do business with this establishment. Their shuttle drivers are abhorrent racists. They act disgustingly towards paying customers, especially i. The company of children. I will never in my life step foot in this establishment ever again. You couldnt pay me enough. Also, the shuttle driver needs to be fired.

Shuttle driver refused to drive me to the airport and left me stranded because she said I was illegal. My children were confused and crying and I did not make my flight. The shuttle service is part of the cost of staying at the hotel. This is a breach of contract. And no, I'm not illegal.

My family stayed here for 4 nights while we were visiting a family member at the military base. The location is extremely convenient, it's about a mile from the airport and the base. You CAN hear the airplanes going in and out but it wasn't that bad. The breakfast bar and housekeeping service get 5 stars from us. The hot food and pastries were made fresh, and there were plenty of other options as well. Housekeeping took our trash, made the beds, and gave us fresh towels every day. The rooms themselves weren't great, lots of cosmetic damages and the floors weren't as clean as they should've been. We found items under the bed and the couch. Also, there is a light in the parking lot that flickers all night long. Overall we were happy with our stay when compared to the price we paid!

I will be coming every other day til mid September. Please they need to clean the pool it's hot, i would like to stay cool!! I keep my pool clean back home (AZ) everyday. I need the same here. Please put chemicals and sweep walls. Hire a company that can do a great job. Do not want to keep tanning due to pool looking poorly.

We stayed there for one night and it was a nice stay. The room was clean and staff were helpful. I’m from El Paso so I also know it’s in a great area near a lot of restaurants, not too congested of traffic, and 15-20 minutes every way to different areas of the city and major highways. My only concern is that we went to the front desk to get our key reactivated because it got deactivated for some reason, and the staff member did not ask for any information besides our room number- no verifying information to confirm we were asking to activate a key for a room we were actually staying in. I could have had an unactivated key card and given her a random room number and had access to that room which I feel should be address for security reasons. Other than that one issue, it was a good stay.
