The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The mushroom tacos and omelets were my favorites: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. There was a great variety of options, and everything tasted delicious. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from Maria. She was attentive and friendly, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm attitude and professionalism added a special touch to the meal, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The buffet was really good. Many choices to choose from. Live music made the ambience really cozy. Maria was our server and she was great! Never had to ask for coffee and always came back to make sure we had everything we needed. She is very efficient!

We had dinner at Ambar. Maria was a wonderful server she attended all of our needs. Great food, great service. The tortilla soup was so delicious. The tierra caliente margarita was good. The ribeye steak is cooked to perfection and is so soft. Highly recommend

Beautiful rooms, bedding was crisp, bed incredibly comfortable, Le Labo toiletries, and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back for another weekend away trip. Didn’t have kids on this trip. Shower large enough for two. Complimentary bottled water. Great value.

The staff was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were very well kept and comfortable. The decor was stunning through out . We had driven 6hours for a private event and the hotel was worth the long 6hour drive . Will stay again 10/10!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at The Plaza. Communication was great. The front desk staff notified us ahead of time that our room would be ready to check in upon arrival and that the upgrade we requested was able to be fulfilled. When we arrived, Bryan at the front desk quickly got us checked in. Valet was very helpful getting our belongings loaded and brought to our room. At all times, service was professional, friendly, and helpful. The doorman, Ron, was super kind to us. He provided us cards for a free breakfast one morning and a couple of cards for a drink at the bar. The Plaza is also a very dog-friendly hotel, and our beloved Chuy was given first class treatment. The room itself is beautiful. Robes and slippers are provided. The bed was super comfy. We loved our stay at the Plaza Hotel and we look forward to visiting the great city of El Paso and staying at the Plaza Hotel. We will not consider staying anywhere else.

Maria was so great, helpful, and sweet! Loved having her! She was very attentive and helpful, she went above and beyond to serve our table. She was kind, out going, and very nice. She was fabulous and great! (For the company, 200 characters minimum to submit is way too much. Pls fix)

I just had the best cheesecake ever today. I had a blueberry cobbler cheesecake made by this sweetie named Amber. She was restocking the desserts and I asked her what she recommended; she said I must try her blueberry cobbler cheesecake. Best decision honestly. Aside from the amazing service from our server , Amber Rae was so kind and bubbly. You know the pastries are going to be amazing when the chef herself is ecstatic about you tasting them too! Thank you Amber Rae for such a delicious treat at the end of our meal. We will be back!!
