Hotel Paso Del Norte, Autograph Collection

Nice hotel. All the employees that I encountered were great and smiling. I especially enjoyed my breakfast in the hotel. Great waiter and service. Food was excellent. However, i did not enjoy the music they played! Seems like too small a matter to mention, but it was loud and obnoxious music; take a look at your clientele…what’s the average age? Certainly not the age of folks who would listen to that obnoxious music. Some employee there selected it and thinks it’s great bc it’s cutting edge, but honestly, I’d think twice about eating there again and having to listen to that noise while I’m trying to enjoy a meal.

This is definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve been in. From the lobby, to the restaurants, all the way to the room everything was very impressive. Felt like a classy and professional environment. This hotel easily has one of the nicest gyms I’ve seen. Very impressive so if you’re a gym rat you’ll be happy. Nice locations with lots of things to do for both food and entertainment. Would definitely stay again.

We stopped over here on a mini break road trip. After a long day of driving the Hotel was a perfect place to relax. The opening experience from the valet, porter and checkin was perfect. Then we decided to visit Sabor for dinner - wow Dio our server and Chef Sam really delivered! Patron Margarita, Ceviche, Black Cod Veracruz and Carne Asada were exceptional. We decided to top off our night with Cocktails at Dome bar, delicious drinks and live music. Great rest in our beautiful King room and flawless checkout. If we are ever back in El Paso we will make it a priority to repeat the experience.

Sabor restaurant was excellent. Our server Dio kept us engaged and laughing our entire dinner. |The birria tacos were exceptional as were the churros and ceviche! The cocktails were excellent and the ambiance was authentic and the attention to detail is fantastic.

I was here for business with my company for one night on 6 March, checking out 7 March. This is a great property, with quiet and comfortable rooms, and a superb breakfast at Sabor. Louise R is a terrific employee! Her fantastic service and glowing smile made my morning!

I was there for the volleyball tournament this past week and the stay was phenomenal. Its central location had many spots to dine around the area. The Valet team was great and very helpful in unloading our vehicle. They were quick to receive us and promptly unloaded. Francisco took great care of us and quickly delivered our luggage. At the desk Jacob and Carlos were great. They answered all our questions with great enthusiasm and were eager to assist us. They took great care of all weekend. definitely definitely looking forward to returning.

Louise R in Sabor gave great service with a smile. The whole staff are friendly and helpful. The pm check in desk gentleman was extremely helpful after our flight was cancelled so we could stay additional nights! Thank you all. Best hotel in El Paso

Dio at Sabor was an outstanding server! He went above and beyond in every aspect of our service! The decor, the food, the ambience was absolutely amazing! Dio was on point with all his recommendations. The ceviche appetizer was out of this world!Highly recommend Sabor and ask for Dio! Compliments to the chef as well!
