Older property. Clean. Showing signs of age. Convenient location to airport. Easy driving access to multiple locations from this site. Typical included breakfast. Good.|Front desk staff pleasant. Not very enthusiastic. |Several restaurants within easy walking distance.

We stay here because in the past, they offered parking while we were travelling. They are conveniently located to the airport, which is great for very early flights, which we usually take. This time, however, I reserved a room AND parking, and was quoted a price. When I confirmed a week before my trip--and confirmed that I was staying one night and leaving the car--I was told the same price, and was told that my need for parking was "in the notes". When the charge came through after my stay, I was charged $27 "for the parking". I called to clarify; the front desk manager, who said she was the supervisor (Alexa), told me that the charge was correct, and there was nothing she could do. She said there were no notes; and she couldn't tell me what the conversation had been; and there was no way that I could, in the future, confirm that the amount I'm quoted for room AND PARKing is in fact the amount I will be charged. I don't like "games" like this--and I don't like that Alexa said to me, "FOR THE THIRD TIME I'm telling you there is nothing I can do". I will be looking for another stay and park hotel in this area for my future trips. Oh, and a small other unpleasantness: while the shuttle driver on our return trip was nice enough, he had some raunchy rap on the radio which he kept on during the drive. Professionalism doesn't seem to be important to this hotel anymore.

24/7 shuttle close to airport. Only 2 complaints: lip gloss found from previous people and toilet was not flushed. I noticed the door lock wasn't really secure. Staff were nice and accommodations were great. Would go again if needed otherwise quiet area from room 113

I’d like to recognize the front desk clerk working when I tried to check out at 6A as a lazy slacker. After waiting 15 minutes to check out I asked the ladies working the breakfast where the person working the desk was and they told me the bathroom. So I went to the men’s room and he was standing in front of the bathroom counter playing on his phone. I told him I was in a hurry and needed to get checked out. Five minutes after that he finally came out of the bathroom and walked as slowly as possible back to the desk while still using his phone. He then told me the “system” was down and my receipt would be emailed to me, but it wasn’t. I had to call and speak to a different person to finally get my receipt. Several bulbs in my room were out, the fireplace didn’t work, and the carpet was so nasty it turned the soles of my feet black if I walked on it barefoot. Will never be staying here again.

Never stay on the ground floor windows never lock and so close to the parking lot feels like someone can break in at any time. Good luck trying to get a better floor after you check in always impossible and staff don't try to help you. Room were dirty and so many stains on walls and curtains. Never gonna stay here again hope whyham does something about it hotels like this bring there ratings down

Terrible. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.|Dirty carpets and battered doors all along the hallways.|Room smelled dirty and was very dirty. |Dangerous, dirty extension lead hanging down the side of the fridge.|Bathroom had not been cleaned - we found someone else’s nail on the side along with toothpaste and other marks. The shower wall/tiles had black hairs on. I could not use the shower as I was disgusted. |Weird square hard pillows.|This place needs a massive upgrade.||Hotels next door are $10 more, so go there instead.

Positive: There is lots of parking. Negative: This hotel is a run down flea bag motel and is no where close to a 2.5 star property. From the hallways to the rooms the filth and malodorous mildew smell over takes you. The bed frame and box spring were broken causing the mattress to fold in half.

Positive: Excellent and quick service. People were professional and the food service was great. Negative: There is an issue regarding security. While there was a security guard during evening hours, daylight hours are a problem. Side doors were left opened or someone engaged the lock so that the side doors do not close.
