Courteous and efficient staff. Thomas was very helpful, as was the morning desk clerk - forgot her name. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Close to airport. Reliable shuttle service. Great stay for early morning flights or late arrivals. Highly Recommend.

I travel frequently and often stay at high-end properties, but this hotel truly surpassed my expectations. The location is excellent, making it convenient for both business and leisure. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.||The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable experience. In fact, I found this hotel to be cleaner and better maintained than many 5-star properties I’ve stayed at in the past.||One standout feature is the 24/7 shuttle service, which without hesitation took us to the airport at 4 a.m. for a red-eye flight. This level of service and flexibility truly sets the hotel apart.||I will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends who frequently travel to El Paso for business. It has become my go-to place whenever I visit El Paso. Highly recommended!

This was truly a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, and the beds and linens were first class. The shower products provided smelled so good and left you feeling clean and refreshed. Breakfast was delicious, but you should know that even though breakfast is served until 9am, they shut down the hot food at 8:30 a.m., leaving you with yogurt, apples, and cereal. The front desk was always so kind and eager to help. They have a little shop for basics and snacks. I highly recommend a stay here...oh, we didn't have any problems with the cats, saw only a couple of them and they never bothered anything.

If I could give this place 10 Stars I would! It is an incredible home away from home. The staff is so considerate and so friendly and the property is huge, so big that we didn't even realize there were two pools! I was in a two-bedroom two-bath suite which was perfect. I had a king bed that was incredibly comfortable, my own TV, plenty of room on the vanity to spread out, my own full bath and my own window. The downstairs had a full kitchen and living room complete with wood burning fireplace which we loved using, felt so homey! It's a 10-12 minute walk from the airport and even being so close, the plane noise was minimal. I'll be honest my favorite aspect was the community of feral cats that live there. Some are super friendly and sweet, others are just cute and fun to watch.

We had a wonderful stay here. The front desk staff, in particular Nara and Erik, were incredibly helpful and responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was so conveniently close to the airport, with a helpful free shuttle. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Chase Suites Hotel was super smooth from check in to check out. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Jennifer Saucedo, the front office manager was amazing! She found a federal discount we were eligible for, making a huge difference in savings. Thanks Jennifer! We have to return in a few months and look forward to saying at Chase Suites Hotel again. I spoke with Kayla, she was very approachable and kind. She helped me get a perfect room for me and my doggie. She was very professional and able to talk with me openly we had a great conversation about mans best friend, and how much her and I love dogs

The room feel like at home. Everything is clean the bed is comfortable very spacious. The staff here are very friendly always welcoming you with a smile specially Erik! That’s what always makes me want to come back to this hotel their friendly staff and the home atmosphere you feel
