★★★★We stayed here for one night while visiting EP for a family function. I chose this property due to area and proximity to the event. There are tons of TX State Troopers that stay here (looked like a convention) due to border support so given the sheer number of cop cars in the parking lot there is a definite vibe of safety. ||Super friendly front desk staff, very welcoming. The property was very clean, including our room which was comfortable with great sleep quality. I would stay here again. No free breakfast, or even complimentary drip coffee that I could ever find which is a negative given the Hampton offers both across the parking lot but they do give you a few k-cups in your room if you are one that uses the in-room coffee maker.

NillI had a great experience with this place. I felt like the interstate was kinda loud, but it could have been a busy day or because I was on the fourth floor. Otherwise, there was no internal noise. I couldn't hear anyone walking through the hallway or the elevator. The room was very clean, and so were all the amenities. I would recommend this place if you were traveling with a family or staying a few days. The room was spacious. They have laundry in site.

NillGood location. Hotel been under renovation for awhile. Hot water goes out during morning hours regularly. Not enough parking ,if you get in late you may have to park elsewhere.

NillThe customer service here is terrible. You would think that it being the most expensive place in town, that they would value you as a customer. My room was dirty. While walking around barefoot I kept getting long hair stuck to my feet. Went to use a towel and again long hair stuck to it. Also, they won't clean your room daily, even if you ask. I highly advise requesting a room far from the elevator if you do stay here. It seemed like something was wrong with the elevator. It would make strange sounds / shake and its not that old. My room was across the hall and each time the elevator would go up and down, my whole room would shake. It literally felt like a small earthquake throughout the night and in the morning, while attempting to sleep. What bothered me the most is that when they asked how my stay was, I expressed these concerns, and the response I received was, "Thanks for staying with us!" It was like they didn't care at all.

NillContext: business trip for 4 nights- king room- top floor. I usually favor Hampton Inn but I wanted a change. Very poor experience from the moment I step foot in this hotel: 1. The ac in the room cannot keep up - it’s hot outside we know that, it’s El Paso 2. No safe box in the room to be fair it was probably mentioned on the website so that’s on me. 3. The key system in the app works every other time and is super slow. I ended up asking for a physical key. 4. Although I followed all the steps, online check-in through the app specifically asking for daily room service, and in the morning checking again with the staff that it would be done. My room was not done. Not only did the staff try to blame it on me somehow “you should have checked-in in person” ….but they were also not helpful in the resolution. They also did not seem to care one bit and told me That if I wanted towels I could come get them myself. Location is good.

NillADA NON COMPLIANT. Friday evening, i walked into this location as a blind disabled veteran and was refused a room because I have a service animal and that i needed to provide written certifications proving such. They stated on recording that they have a very strict no pet policy. I expalined that their policy was illegal and discriminatory and was still denied. I will be filing complaints with the attorney general as well as the department of justice. Will be contacting lawyer.
