NillI stayed one night. Arthur at the front desk was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and had modern furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped for extended stays including a full size refrigerator and stove top with multiple burners. The outdoor pool area looked very inviting (unfortunately the outdoor temperature in January was too cold to go enjoy). There are a number of restaurants close by. The bed was very comfortable. In all, my stay was fantastic. I went away with the impression that the staff here legitimately cares and does things right. I would definitely stay here again.

NillVery well appointed Hotel, close to I-10 and easy access. Rooms are very clean and spacious. They have a full refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, and utensils for an extended stay. Very good water pressure, and everything you need is provided. I had breakfast once, and it wasn't anything exotic or magnificent. After that, I hit the local places for delicious food. When I was checked in, it was a meh experience, but in the morning, Hector was super friendly, and David from maintenance was cleaning while having time to chat away with us. They really made our morning better.

★★★★The good: Rooms and beds were excellent. Overall, the suite was very nice. Plenty of room to stretch out, kitchen and sink area, a nice desk work area and even an area to just kick your feet up to relax. Front desk clerk said the option to add food items to the room was not available. |The bad: breakfast was terrible. Eggs were basically inedible, swimming in the puddle of water they were mixed in (powdered eggs). Very small selection of items. Could be better for the price ($250 a night).

NillI stayed from October 28, 24, till March 16, 25. The majority of the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Aside from the woman who works the grave shift. There was absolutely nothing she would do. Despite their current understaffing, housekeeping tried their best. There were no dressers in the lovely two-bedroom apartment. Despite the lack of a curtain, a half-glass wall separated the showers from the remainder of the bathroom.

NillStayed for 12 days. Location was awesome. We had housekeeping in every other day. They didn't dust!! Just changed bed, vacuumed, cleaned bathroom. After we checked out we were charged a $75 "miscellaneous fee". After enquiring about the fee we were told the room was covered in "powder". So they charged us a "cleaning fee". It wasn't powder, just normal El Paso dust. Which anyone familiar with El Paso knows covers everything. So we got stiffed for $75 so a maid could spend 5 minutes wiping top of fridge and countertops off!! What a joke!! What's really upsetting is we tipped housekeeping each time they came in, plus we left housekeeping a nice tip the morning we left!!! So that's another $100 we got stiffed for.. Not ever using this hotel again.

NillStayed one night, rooms are pretty spacious and have everything you need. Staff was super friendly, only complaint is breakfast was ok. They had eggs but no protein like sausage or bacon.

NillFirst, my stays ongoing here so all short comments can be address. I honestly wanted to wait until my stay here is completed to make it comprehensive review, however; I don’t think I’ll be staying much longer if continues. Highlight: Poor Housekeeping, and Poor Quality Control. The first impression was poor because our room was not ready upon arrival. We’ve waited more than an hour. Secondly, this is the only Marriott that does housekeeping once a week and on the time that your schedule they did not show up and I spoken to the staff downstairs, 3 different times about it and the housekeeper came 2 days after. Now, today I’ve noticed the housekeeper came in and changed the towels, but left the trash in the room now, I have no problem, removing my trash, but at least leave extra trash bag for me to do so. Note: I am not only to experience this, must of the guys in our company are having the same issue. I'm just the first to make a review. I've tried handling this at the lowest level. I hope this helps to improve overall customer service.

NillMy reservation was for several months but I left after 3 weeks. I checked out at noon but when asked if I should move my car to the front of the hotel because my car was parked in the rear and my card would be deactivated, Arthur stated that I didnt have to move it and that he would leave me in the system for me to do so and added some reasoning about an audit that has to be done when one leaves after 1 week. I even asked if I would get a receipt for the day and he answered in the affirmative. I loaded my vehicle, which took some time, and checked out, receiving my receipt. Today, I receive another receipt charging me for an extra night's stay. I called and spoke with Arthur who completely lied and told a whole different story. He said he advised me it would be another charge because the room couldn't be turned over. Well check out was at noon and during my stay, I was always told that housekeeping leaves by noon. Just admit when he saw the thousands they would be losing due to my departure and attempted to squeeze out more funds. He even asked if I was returning, which is none of his concern. Citing that they would be "booked up for the next two weeks." His dishonesty just makes the whole place look bad. However, the young lady with the pink hair was very hospitable and positive each time. I would never return.
