Hyatt Place El Paso Airport

Stayed at this location 2 nights and 3 days for company training and had a wonderful time. Rooms clean, fitness room good, breakfast on point and the hospitality was amazing. Mr. Danny(hotel manager)was awesome I met him the first day instant friendship and Miriam was an awesome host. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!!

Our go to hotel when visiting El Paso. Just a few minutes away from the airport and staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and very comfortable with an added living room space. They also serve a complimentary breakfast which is an added bonus.

We loved this hotel! The staff was really the best! We were arriving very late so I emailed them ahead of time and to also let them know that it was our first time in Texas. They knew who we were when we arrived and welcomed us warmly to Texas, even leaving a Texas souvenir in our room! In the morning again they remembered who we were and we felt welcomed and cared for. The room was clean and the hotel was very close to the airport. The breakfast was yummy and also very clean. If we are ever in El Paso again we will stay here for sure!

The hotel and room were both very nice and clean. The only complaint is how noisy the room was. We were on the freeway side on the 4th floor and I could hear traffic on I10 all night. It was hard to sleep. Highly recommend asking for a room on the opposite side of the hotel or paying a little extra for a high floor. Breakfast was good and they restock items often.

Great location and very accommodating staff. Rooms were updated, clean, and very comfortable beds. Food was excellent as well. Hotel employees met all our needs from the shuttle drivers, check in staff, and the General Manager. Will stay at this hotel when we go back.

The staff was exceptionally helpful at arranging our transportation from the airport, switching us to a better room, and providing ice from the bar as the ice machine was missing from our floor. The hotel itself was not as modern as expected and the suite layout was strange. The bathroom was so tiny it was hard to close the door once you were inside! It was fine for a quick one night stay but would have been less comfortable for a longer time. Overall the accommodations were not as nice as we expected of a Hyatt Place, but the staff was wonderful.

Hotel was very clean and up to date. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to your needs. I enjoyed the fact that a complimentary breakfast was served and thst you could order lunch or dinner from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when visiting El Paso

The staff members were very helpful and courteous. I like that in the breakfast area used regular utensils (forks, knives, spoons) reducing the use of plastic which is good for protecting the environment of our world. The room environment was welcoming and comfortable.
