Super 8 by Wyndham El Paso Airport

Service and location are great. There’s a full breakfast. Plenty of parking. Convenient to I-10 and local shopping and restaurants. Definitely clean. On the downside the rooms are small and dated, the furniture seriously worn and the plumbing has issues. Don’t expect an upscale experience. For a single night stay and at a reasonable cost it is fine.

Let’s start off by saying DAMN!!!!! Worst place ever disgusting worst super 8 I ever been to disgusting. I will never come back here again. They didn’t wanna give me a refund. They sent me to three different rooms and they were all disgusting. The lady that helped us was really nice and tried to help us out. Get us into a clean room, but she wasn’t aware of how dirty the rooms were crazy. I don’t recommend anybody I mean anybody to stay at this super 8 I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here. They could keep that money and maybe fix up some things around here. on top of that, there was drug addicts in the parking lot getting high. I don’t know what was wrong with them and one of the rooms she sent us to there was throw up in the sink in the toilet and they refused to clean it. She said there’s nothing they can do so sad 😭

If I could rate a 0 they deserve it. I came on a day trip to El Paso to check on my brother-in-law who was in ICU at one of the local hospitals. I had my reservations and before booking I made sure that there was airport shuttle 24/7 and this hotel offered that when I arrive to the airport, I called to see how long it would be for the shuttle to pick me up so that I could just drop off my baggage and go straight to the hospital. I knew my check-in wasn’t until later. I was told by the hotel clerk that check-in was not until 3 PM which I knew and that I would not be able to get a free shuttle to the hotel until around 2 o’clock I contacted the hotel reservation line via text and their response is listed below which they told me that they offered 24 x 7 shuttle and if I needed to store my bags as a courtesy they would the gentleman that I spoke with continuously refuse to assist me with shuttle service he suggested that I get a taxi or a rideshare service after an hour of back-and-forth between him and corporate I decided to go ahead and cancel my reservation and book at another hotel and rent a car so that I can get to where I need to be because my time was limited. After canceling and booking my rental car, the clerk from the Hotel begin to contact my phone stating that he would be able to send shuttle and pick me up and I told him to stop calling my phone because I had booked with another Hotel and I would be making a complaint with corporate on his behavior. I travel all the time and I have never had any problems with any Wyndham properties regardless whether or not it’s a super eight you are representing Wyndham and you’re not doing a great job at it. Needless to say I will never entertain this super eight in El Paso, Texas ever again and I do have many trips to come back and they will not be on my list of choices. Horrible customer service no empathy for their customers, regardless of the check in time which was never a problem. If you don’t have 24 x 7 shuttle service do not advertise that service.

This hotel is by far the best bang for your buck in the area! Excellent location, great staff, laundry facilities, plenty of vending machines, Ice machines, fitness center and free breakfast every morning! I highly recommend it but don't just take MY word for it...see for yourself.

We absolutely loved Hotel Alessandra. From the minute we arrived at this beautiful, classic, Florentine mansion, we were welcomed like family. Our room was large and lovely with high ceilings and even a small balcony overlooking the street. The room, including the large modern bathroom, was absolutely spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. In the bathroom, the shower was large, with high water pressure. All amenities, including very large towels, were generously provided. The location could not be more perfect.

Stay far away-Negative STARS- I checked in my door was not secure the room was dirty It had not been cleaned. I have never been more terrified to stay in a hotel before and I have a German Shepherd. It was repulsive, the night manager assured me it was safe.I had to beg for another room but he refused. And told me I could go stay at the Quality Inn, its nice and clean and safe there. I was Finally was given another room and was told I would not be given another if I had a problem as the first room was perfectly fine. The door was more secure but the dirt was still there especially around the toilets In both rooms. The telephone had grime on it and there was greasy finger print smudges. The chair in the first room had white stains on it and I could only imaging what that was. I was replused by the thought of sleeping in the bed. I think a black light should be taken through their rooms. There were also stacks of old matresses around the property. This place should be shut down. Run by a slumlord. Such a shame because all the other Super 8s I have stayed at have been very good. Hey if you don't care about safety or cleanliness or the gross used mattresses strewn all around the property. || I left I was so exhausted and just wanted to sleep but I could not even conceive the notion of staying and I had just driven 12 hours to Texas. To top it all off being told I was over reactive and that everything was fine.

Very dirty - to the point where I decided to leave shortly after I arrived. No refund. Don't go there. Check all 1 star reviews prior to committing. The hotel’s answers to negative reviews seem automated and generic. It is unbelievable that this hotel is receiving 4 and 5 star reviews - they are either fake or from people who do not care about safety and personal hygiene. Beware.

The motel itself had fairly clean grounds. It's been updated with new furniture and bedding. The paint was bright and vibrant. Now the rough part. The only part of the room that was clean was the sheets. The TV didn't work, there were dirty hand prints on the walls and some of the lights on the room were broken. Breakfast wasn't possible. The dining area was filthy, with trash over piled in the trash cans and on the tables. There was no cups plates or food left 1 hour into service at 8 am. Cups of waffle batter were strewn about. The attendant didn't care to replenish the station so we left and paid for a meal we should have had included in the price.
