Staybridge Suites El Paso Airport Area by IHG

I want to say that I love the location and this hotel. Social is nice and visually the property is beautiful. The staff is amazing and greet everyone. What needs to improve: the room needs to be updated with USB and evolve to modern day equipment needs. The second opportunity was with booking this hotel and calling in advance to verify that the pool was open and heated as advertised. This was a main reason to book there and the pool was unbearable and freezing which caused us to check out and relocate to a working pool. When I called they said that it was heated, which we continued to book. Pool was unbearable.

Great hotel. The highway is a little noisy at times but only if your in a room facing it. The gym has a lot of good options but the treadmills are starting to wear out. I also think some mattresses are starting to get to the end of their life.

I intended to stay there for 15 days. 2 days in I left and checked into a different hotel. The smell in the hallways was too much. There were full bags of stinky trash outside some of the rooms. The number of bags multiplied and were never removed after both of my 12hr night shifts. The smell creeped into my room.

First of all, Ian was working the front desk when I arrived, and he was absolutely wonderful! He made check-in easy and also answered questions I had. My room was very clean and cold, which I liked. I had some time to kill and asked for the shuttle, so Ian gave Mark a quick phone call and Mark gave me a ride to a nail salon at The Fountains and told me to just call the hotel once I was ready. I did some shopping and called the hotel and Ian informed me Mark would arrive in about 20 minutes because he had a few people to drop off and pickup. Mark did arrive in the 20 minutes and apologized for the delay. He was great at conversation and drove safely. The only downsides of this hotel is it is so close to the interstate, so it can be noisy, and the hotel started to charge for parking.

Hotel fits all the basic comforts. Room was clean, I got to wash my clothes and i was able to cook. It wasn't pretty but I made it work. Kitchen could use a few more cooking options (we only had pots, no pans or cooking utensils). Check the shuttle hours, our travel fell outside of their hours thus needing transportation back n forth to the airport. Bummer when you're getting in later or leaving early and having to wait for an uber instead of having a bus ready for you. Overall, great place to stay.

Great hotel and great experience! I loved the breakfast and dinner options, and the social hour too. The room was clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lady who checked me in was super sweet and Alex was awesome coming in my room cleaning toilet that had urine all over it. Cockroach 🪳 in drawer with hairs for the price of hotel they need too hire a good housekeeping supervisor that can check these rooms cause the cleanliness unexceptable breakfast was great supervisor didn't seem too adress my issue not sure if my issues mattered but too me I've been on both sides both customers and housekeeping you have too put yourself in the customers shoes would you pay 149.00 or more for a dirty room service was fine besides that just need too be on top of cleaniness

Convenient location for exploring El Paso. Plenty of food places nearby and there's a gas station across the road. They do allow pets, but the weight is limited to 25lbs FYI. I didn't know this until we were there and checking in. We stayed with our German Shepherd, but we were careful to make sure that she wasn't disruptive or causing a scene anywhere. No one seemed to care. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast is included and wasn't bad, but isn't earth shattering either. Just scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, a yogurt bar, and muffins/bagels. BTW we could see Mexico from our window.
