Staff is always great. The bar is like none in this area. Facilities are absolutely gorgeous. We had Sarah Ann serve us at the bar and she gave us an experience that was so tailored to our needs. She even offered mock tails when we were ready to stop drinking but wanted to continue to enjoy ourselves. The mock tails were super customized and delicious and you couldn’t tell there wasn’t alcohol. She made it extra special

What a gem. Oversized rooms with comfy beds and pillows! Roof top bar was fun and the lobby bar had the best bartender. Perfect location for walking the Strand or for cruising. Nice and close with a shuttle.

Well - the place is great. The service is great. The rooms are great. Challenges with billing are an issue, but folks are working with us - we hope. We arrived at 1:30AM for a cruise. Any hotel desk manager at 1:30AM can be excused for mediocre service. Not the case here, she was pleasant, quick and we were in our room in just 10 minutes. The shuttle to the cruise was great. When we came back from the cruise, we enjoyed breakfast at the hotel before we went back to Houston for the flight home. Location is amazing and the building exudes history.

The staff at The Tremont House was amazing. From the moment that we walked in, everyone was very welcoming. Our room was spotless and beautiful. The roll away was comfortable. Breakfast was easy and delicious. It is also a perfect location for heading to a cruise. Easy to get to from Houston Airport by Uber and easy to get to the cruise terminal.

Went for a wedding weekend & it turned out to be a great trip! Hotel front of staff is great & incredibly friendly. We’re always willing to help out or provide us with whatever we needed. The rooms were spacious and the high ceilings I personally enjoyed the view. They have a bar in the lobby downstairs, the bartenders were friendly and make solid drinks! I highly recommend the espresso martini they serve. Valet service up front is pretty quick, just make sure they’re alert of anything that’s different about the vehicle if it’s a rental! Bellhop staff was great with our entire wedding party as well! Made sure everyone luggage was taken care of and secure until we could check in & then ensured our luggage made it up to our rooms after we did check in! Overall a great experience here & would definitely love to come back again!

Incredible! We checked in for one night before our cruise. It was just my husband and i in a King atrium view room. Everything is so clean and smells fantastic! We went out to explore and came back to the hotel to hang out at the bar. The bartender Rachel is so fun! All of the stagg was so friendly and personable. Requesting extra pillows/towels was easy as pie. Even the provided soap/shampoo smells so good and is great quality. We will 100% be back. Worth every penny.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Galveston. Lobby is spacious and comfortable, perfect place to relax. Rooms were large with high ceilings and quality finishes. The restaurant had a wide selection of tasty food. Rebekah and Stuart took good care of us at the bar. Walking to the cruise terminal was a definite plus. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was our first time at a Marriott Tribute hotel and it did not disappoint. It was the perfect hotel for attending and viewing Mardi Gras parades and activities. My only comment would be I wished they had warned us the roads directly to the hotel were closed and provided us the correct address to input for google maps to get us to the temporary valet location. Other than that I want to give a shout out to Jessica in front house services for her extra care and super great personality. And to Olga in housekeeping services for her help and serving my special requests. Both deserve recognition by their employer. We will be back.
