Sunrise Breeze

Very nice beach house with the beach only a few minute's walk. The beach is very clean and uncrowded. The house itself was very clean, well maintained, and all the utilities and furnishings worked and are in good condition. The location of the neighborhood means some drive time to get to any stores, but the options nearby are more than adequate. Walmart in Galveston is about a 30 minute drive though the Dollar General in Jamaica Beach is roughly half that distance and is well stocked. The house is big enough that our group of 8 were more than comfortable. The only potential pitfall worth mentioning is that if you have any issues climbing relatively steep stairs, it might not be the best place for you. Stairs are par for the course when it comes to these types of multi-story beach houses and this one is no exception.

We stayed here this past weekend with family and friends. The house was very clean and everything worked perfectly. It has easy access to the beach with a board walk right outside the front door. It isn’t as easy to get to the pool as we thought it would be so we did not get the chance to try it.

Decent neighborhood with close proximity to the beach. Enough amenities to combat boredom.
