NillI'm not a huge fan of writing bad reviews, but I feel like I had to if anyone expects to have a good experience. It's one of the worst experiences I've had in a minute traveling with family. I'm writing this from the hotel room. We arrived late from our flight (informed them several hours before the flight). Booked a room for 5 people. There were only 4 pillows in the room and they apparently didn't have anymore. Not sure how feasible that is for a hotel chain. We also made sure to book a hotel/room that had a microwave to warm up essentials after we landed. It didn't work upon arrival. They did remedy this in about 15min, but that is about the only good thing I have to say about this location. The TVs barely work, constantly going to a loud grey fuzz screen on what I can only assume to be a bad antenna connection. One of the two elevators are broken, and the one working doesn't feel super safe with the noises we hear coming from it. It's worth a few more bucks to stay somewhere else.

★★★★The hotel was reasonably priced with free shuttle to and from airport and free breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. We arrived early and were able to check in upon arrival. It was a nice stay prior to cruising out of Galveston.

★★★The hotel is very clean considering it is very dated and needs a good remodeling. The employees went out of their way to help you. We stayed there because of the shuttle to Hobby airport. We were in 211 and the elevator noise was pretty much all night. |The breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage as the main meal. No waffles or pancakes. The Oatmeal was warm and watered down, as was the Orange juice. It also appeared the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not what the bottle said. Don’t plan on watching much TV as most channels were unusable. Looked like antenna TV.|If you’re staying one night the price was right.

NillNot recommended. They deactivated the room card by 10:30 am when the check out is at 12, per the sign at the front desk. Air conditioner control on the wall didn't work and had to adjust temperature from the main unit were the cover was broken. The room was always humid and cold when the air conditioner worked and when it was off, the room was humid and hot. Same hot breakfast every day and the quality was low. Some stuff was good and expired.

NillThis was our first time visiting Houston with our family. We recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Houston Hobby Airport. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I used points to reserve one night. The hotel provided a simple complimentary breakfast. The only issue was the heating and cooling system in our room. We set the AC to 73 degrees. My wife turned it off, but it didn’t actually shut off until several minutes later, which sometimes caused noise and disrupted our sleep. Despite this, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a good stay, but this issue definitely needs to be addressed.

NillDON'T STAY HERE!! I visited Houston for a funeral and decided to stay at this location which was a huge mistake. Within 2 hours of checking into hotel, our vehicle was stolen. My family and I checked into hotel, set our things down in room and walked over to a restaurant that was located in the same parking lot as hotel. After an hour or so, we walked back to hotel and realized our vehicle was no longer in the parking lot. We walked over to the security patrol car that was parked in the parking lot to ask him if he saw anything and to let him know our vehicle was gone and to call 9-11 but he didn't understand English so we called 9-11 ourselves. Walked into Lobby and asked front desk if they noticed anything, she stated she heard alarms and watched the person take the truck but thought it was the owner. They also have secured gates that don't work so the arms were up the entire time. Security NEGLIGENCE on their part. Management/owner never reached out to me to apologize or offer any help. I had to reach out to them. Till this day, the owner has refused to reach out to me.

NillVery surprised! We didn't expect it to be this nice for the price. Clean, modern, HUGE room. The staff was so accommodating, very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

NillIf you like being woke up promptly at 9am by room service then this is your spot. If you like to be woken up with Spanish music loudly playing by house keeping at 9am then this is your spot. If you work night shift and need to rest during the early morning/day this is NOT your spot. I thought putting the sign on the outside of my door would help with noise and disturbance but nope.
